WWE Hall Of Famer pulled from Smackdown 1000?

Several readers pointed out to us that Edge is no longer advertised to appear on Smackdown 1000.

Edge was advertised just a day ago for a “Cutting Edge” segment with a special guest. However, the Edge references have been removed from the official WWE.com preview page. It is also worth noting that he is not listed on the line-up provided to the Capitol One Center in Washington, DC and he doesn’t mention Smackdown 1000 on his Twitter account.

At this point, it looks like something changed and he might not appear after all.

Smackdown 1000 will feature the return of several WWE Superstars including Evolution (Triple H, Batista, Ric Flair and Randy Orton), The Undertaker, Kane Michelle McCool, Torrie Wilson, Teddy Long and Vickie Guerrero.

WWE is also advertising that Rey Mysterio will return officially as a full-time member of the main roster. He will face United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura in a non-title match. The winner of that match will qualify for the WWE World Cup scheduled to take place at the Crown Jewel show on November 2nd.

Mysterio is advertised for some upcoming Smackdown live events so it appears that the blue brand will be his home.
