WWE Hall Of Famer Sean Waltman medically cleared to make in-ring return

WWE Hall Of Famer Sean Waltman made an appearance on today’s episode of WWE’s The Bump and during it, he noted that he has been medically cleared to return to in-ring action after undergoing knee surgery.

Waltman expects to wrestle again in 2022. Waltman got knee surgery done this past January by Dr. Chung at the UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica, California.

“It’s going great, my surgeon gave me the go-ahead. I just got the green light to get back in the ring. I’m just gonna get into better and better shape. I’ll be ring-ready beginning of next year in case my phone rings.”

Waltman underwent the surgery to fix issues with his ACL, MCL, & Meniscus that had been bothering him since around 2007. With the Royal Rumble taking place next month, it would be special to see Waltman make a surprise appearance in the men’s Royal Rumble match.
