Tito Santana, real name Merced Solis, is looking to secure the trademark rights to his ring name. He recently filed for it with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) through trademark attorney Michael E. Dockins.
It’s listed for entertainment and clothing purposes. Here is the description:

Santana broke into the business in 1977 and worked for various promotions including WWE, NWA, AWA, WCW, and Georgia Championship Wrestling.
While with WWE, he was a two-time Intercontinental Champion and Tag Team Champion. Santana was inducted into the loaded 2004 class of the WWE Hall of Fame.
