WWE Has Made A Change To Upcoming TV Event

WWE’s business has been on fire for all of 2024, and it hasn’t slowed down despite losing some of its biggest names for various reasons.

Due to hiatus, those stars include Roman Reigns, The Rock, and Seth Rollins. They also went for months without Rhea Ripley due to injury, while Becky Lynch opted to leave the company. WWE has been able to get back some of those stars, such as Reigns and Ripley.

NXT is also about to undergo a change, as it will move from the USA Network to the CW Network starting next month. Another change has been made to the brand in terms of touring, as the October 1st and 8th episodes are on the road.

Fightful Select reports the November 5 WWE NXT event at the Performance Center has now been canceled. There’s been no official word as to why it was, but there are two possible explanations.

The first is that the show will be held on the road. The second explanation is it could be due to WWE giving talent off that week, just like they did earlier this year for the first Saudi Arabia show when they held a double taping the week prior, as they needed staff to fly out for travel.

It should be noted that this year’s Crown Jewel is on November 2nd, days before this NXT event. It’s possible they hold a string of tapings before going to Saudi Arabia if that’s the reason.
