WWE Has Made A Production Change To Tonight’s SmackDown

WWE is presenting a loaded episode of SmackDown from New York, NY, at Madison Square Garden, with several matches on tap.

WWE has already confirmed Jade Cargill vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Candice LeRae and Naomi vs. Blair Davenport vs. Indi Hartwell in Women’s Money in the Bank qualifying matches. There will also be Logan Paul vs. LA Knight vs. Santos Escobar in a Men’s Money in the Bank qualifying match.

Finally, WWE has confirmed a Bloodline acknowledgment ceremony for Jacob Fatu. This comes one week after Fatu’s debut. Fatu made the save for Solo Sikoa on last Friday’s episode of SmackDown. He laid out the likes of Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens before hitting a splash off the top rope to send Rhodes through the announce table.

As seen below, WrestleTix notes WWE has opted to go with the smaller stage setup for the show as they’ve done with their larger TV events due to ticket demand. The show has sold 16,646 tickets, with 1,014 left.

They sold 766 tickets in the last week alone. More things will be announced for the show as the day goes on.
