WWE will present the Clash at the Castle PLE fallout edition of SmackDown this Friday from Chicago, IL, at the Allstate Arena, with a notable name slated to appear in CM Punk.
At Clash at the Castle, Punk screwed Drew McIntyre out of the World Heavyweight Title. Punk is expected to make his in-ring return soon. For the latest, click here.
Things already announced for the show include two men’s Money in the Bank qualifying matches: Kevin Owens vs. Grayson Waller vs. Andrade and Randy Orton vs. Carmelo Hayes vs. Tama Tonga. More things will be added to the show as bell time gets closer.
WrestleTix, which does a great job of tracking ticket sales for all pro wrestling events, noted the show has sold 13,460 tickets with 989. More seats could be opened up, allowing more tickets to be put on sale in the coming days. They’ve sold 1,033 in the last week.
While Punk was officially advertised for the show on Monday, he did say at the Clash at the Castle presser that he would be at the show, helping move tickets.
