WWE is attempting to register some interesting trademarks

WWE has filed two new trademarks in the last few days.

The company has filed for “WWE Kitchen Smackdown!” and “Fashion Files: Cold Case Unit.”

Those trademarks are for new WWE Network shows.

They have begun opposing trademarks for Halloween Havoc and Sister Abigail.

KNB, Inc., a company in Las Vegas owns the trademark for Halloween Havoc and the trademark covers the following:

“T-shirts; Baseball caps and hats; Clothing for wear in wrestling games; Graphic T-shirts

Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services in the nature of a wrestling club; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network”

Sister Abigail is currently registered to Tatevik Hunanyan in Glendale, CA. for the following:

“Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”

It is interesting that WWE is looking to get control over that trademark because there have been rumors of a character makeover for Bray Wyatt.
