WWE is looking to take down a major streaming website (we will not be posting the link or name here) that is streaming their shows. The shows include WWE Network shows. WWE was able to get their Facebook pulled down last year and later sent a takedown notice to their hosting provider. The site still remains up but last week WWE was able to get Paypal to shut down their account and cutting off their revenue source.
It looks like the site is setting up a new payment option because they are currently offering WrestleMania 30 through their website for $8.00. WWE continues to look into the situation but it’s going to be difficult since Romania may not be subject to the same copyright laws as the United States.
Honestly, with the WWE Network price I can’t see why anyone would want to go on an illegal streaming site when you have an awesome deal with tons of content in the best available quality.
