WWE Is Making A Permanent Production Change

There have been several changes in WWE since Triple H took over main roster creative in the summer of 2022 following the Vince McMahon hush money scandal that broke.

Morale has improved within the locker room, WWE’s business is on fire across every metric that is tracked, and the product has received high praise. WWE has used different camera angles and changed up backstage segments.

There have also been production changes, including the use of special stage sets to accommodate larger crowds in arenas. WWE has been using minimal stage sets at bigger events such as TV and PLEs, including this past Monday night for Raw at the Wells Fargo Center. They used it for Backlash in Puerto Rico, Money in the Bank, Survivor Series, and other events.

They’re using the stage set for their return for SmackDown in June at Madison Square Garden, something that got fans talking as some of them believe it’s a cool look that makes the show different.

Pwinsider reports that WWE will be using minimal stage sets for Raw and SmackDown when possible for larger crowds as a way of packing more fans into the arenas.
