WWE is making changes to their pay-per-view schedule

As we noted last night, the WWE TLC pay-per-view is no longer listed on the calendar for October. The show was scheduled to take place in Boston but WWE is now advertising a combined Raw/Smackdown Supershow for October 21st.

PWInsider reports that the TLC pay-per-view has been moved to December 16th and it will take place in San Jose, California. Clash of Champions was originally scheduled for December but it has been replaced by TLC.

The move was likely made because WWE will be running the Super Show-Down pay-per-view from the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia so there was no need for the extra pay-per-view. WWE does not have anything listed on their website for December so that would indicate that this switch was made recently, likely when they confirmed the show for Australia.
