WWE Is Planning To Host Evolution 2 This Summer

WWE is looking to hold another Evolution PLE after the first event’s success.

The inaugural Evolution event took place on October 28, 2018, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. It was a historic night for women’s wrestling, featuring a stacked card headlined by Nikki Bella vs. Ronda Rousey.

BodySlam.net first reported that WWE plans to hold an Evolution PLE on July 5th at the Mohegan Sun Casino & Resort in Uncasville, Connecticut. However, sources indicate the schedule is tentative, and the event is still in development.

WrestleVotes has heard the same thing. The account wrote, “After speaking with sources, we can confirm WWE is set to bring back the highly anticipated “Evolution” PLE this summer. The return of the all-women’s event is expected to be officially announced before WrestleMania. Credit to @Cory_Hays407 who had heard rumblings of this rumor weeks back.”
