Mariah May’s AEW contract is coming due in the coming months, and she’s expected to receive a notable offer from WWE.
May has been absent from AEW programming since the conclusion of her storyline with Toni Storm at AEW Revolution. Dave Meltzer reported earlier this month that May made it clear to AEW that she wasn’t going to re-sign, and the promotion opted to make the trilogy bout happen earlier than expected.
During the latest episode of WrestleVotes Radio on SportsKeeda’s Backstage Pass Patreon, it was noted that WWE is prepared to make an ‘outstanding offer.’ They have confirmed that WWE is expected to have a strong interest in May, near the fall, when her deal comes due.
May has yet to comment on her AEW status and wrestling future publicly.
