On Thursday, WWE hosted its biggest house show of the year from Madison Square Garden in New York City, with a loaded lineup. Now, they’ve announced their return to the legendary arena.
In the opening contest, LA Knight went over Santos Escobar. The main event was WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER going over Damian Priest in a steel cage to retain the title.
Also on the card was Bron Breakker retaining the Interocontential Title over Sami Zayn in a 2 out of 3 falls match, CM Punk beating Ludwig Kaiser, and Liv Morgan retaining the Women’s World Title over IYO SKY.
The arena has announced WWE will return to the arena on March 10th for an episode of Raw. Tickets for the general public go on sale on January 10th. WWE’s last TV event at MSG was this past June for an episode of SmackDown.
