WWE is struggling to sell tickets for Survivor Series
WWE holds its Survivor Series pay-per-view event in Brooklyn on November 21st. However, a large number of tickets are still available.
According to Dave Meltzer, the show has only sold around 6,835 tickets. Meltzer noted in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that earlier in the week only 4,700 tickets were paid by fans actually attending the show.
The secondary market makes up for 2,107 of tickets sold, “which means 44.8 percent of ticket sales went to secondary market brokers.” It was said that nearly half of the tickets sold going to the secondary market is “unusually high.”
The get-in price for the show is $52. In previous years for SummerSlam, WWE has sold out the same build nearly instantly.
