As most fans know by now, WWE is turning back the clock for tonight’s Saturday Night’s Main Event on NBC, bringing a classic feel to the show with a retro aesthetic.
The most noticeable change? The ring ropes will be the iconic red, white, and blue. WWE Hall of Famer Jesse “The Body” Ventura, who will be returning to the commentary booth for the event, revealed even more classic touches planned for the show.
“The wrestlers will be coming through the crowd like the old days,” Ventura stated in recent interviews. “And there will be no fancy lighting.”
