WWE Locker Room Reaction To The Arrival Of The Motor City Machine Guns

Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) have made an immediate impact in WWE since arriving just a few weeks ago.

Their in-ring WWE debut came on the October 18th episode of SmackDown. They scored a WWE Tag Team Title #1 Contendership Triple Threat Qualifying match before going over DIY the following week in the tournament final to secure a title shot. On the same episode, they beat The Bloodline in the main event to win the Tag Team Titles. On last week’s episode of SmackDown, they scored a non-title win over A-Town Down.

During the latest episode of WrestleVotes Radio on SportsKeeda’s Backstage Pass Patreon, it was noted that they had won over the WWE locker room.

Joey Votes stated, “We are told the Motor City Machine Guns, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley, have endeared themselves to the SmackDown locker room in the short time they’ve been a part of the company. We’ve heard from multiple sources how well-liked, how approachable, and communicative they’ve been, and what an asset they are turning out to be. A source said it feels like they’ve been here for years, which is a credit to those two in general. TC, your thoughts on two veterans, The Motor City Machine Guns, coming into a locker room like the WWE and being so well received? I mean, we’ve heard this now from, I gotta say, two or three different sources who said that they think the world of the Motor City Machine Guns so good on them.”
