Plans for last week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw underwent numerous changes.

Fightful Select reports WWE changed original plans for some of the things on the show including a contract signing between Carmella and Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair for their title match at this past Saturday’s Money in the Bank event that saw Belair go over to retain the championship.

As previously reported, Rhea Ripley was originally advertised for this spot against Belair but was pulled due to a brain injury. Although there’s still no word yet on when exactly she’ll return, the Raw star is not expected to be out of action for long.

The report also noted that the Jey Uso vs. Montez Ford match was supposed to determine who selected the stipulation for their match at Money in the Bank. Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos and The Street Profits didn’t have a stipulation added to their bout as it was a normal match where The Usos retained their titles. They did so in controversy as Ford’s shoulder was up when the referee counted the pinfall. It’s likely WWE will book a rematch between these two teams.

Finally, the battle royal on Raw was originally supposed to be called "King of the Mountain" Battle Royal. It was said the name changed shortly before the show and plenty of Jeff Jarrett jokes flew backstage as that was the name of a match gimmick in TNA Wrestling, a promotion Jarrett founded.
