WWE merch revenue on CM Punk’s first night back was in the six figures

Not only has CM Punk proven to be a big draw for WWE in TV ratings and social media engagement, but he’s also sold a ton of merchandise. His return to the company had been one that some fans had hoped for for nearly a decade.

Punk returned to WWE at Survivor Series following the Men’s WarGames Match. WWE kept the return top secret, with only the main eventers knowing right before the match happened. The night after, on Monday Night Raw, Punk cut his first promo back, where he declared that he was home.

The show drew drew an average of 1.884 million viewers and 0.65 in the key demo. on the USA Network. This was the highest key demo rating since the WrestleMania 39 post-show in April and the highest total viewership since August 7.

Punk will be back on Raw tonight following his appearances at NXT Deadline and SmackDown to reveal which brand, with the expectation that it will be Raw, he will decide to join.

On a recent Pwinsider Elite show, Mike Johnson said the night that Punk returned to WWE, his merchandise sales were in the six figures.
