WWE No Mercy Results: Je’Von Evans Victorious In Hot Opener

Josh Briggs vs. Je’Von Evans took place at the WWE No Mercy Premium Live Event from the FTL War Memorial in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

After a strong start by Briggs, Evans made a comeback until Briggs cut him off with elbows in the corner. Briggs beat him down for a few minutes until Evans caught him with a german suplex. Evans with a superkick then a clothesline and headline. Evans hit a frog splash for a near fall. Briggs with several shots then a clubbing shot to the back of the head for 2. Briggs got another near fall with a knee strike to the face. Evans avoided a move from Briggs off the top rope and hit a big boot only for Briggs to counter the cutter with a chokeslam for 2. Evans went for a dive, but Briggs caught him and tossed him into the apron. Briggs with a clothesline for 2. Briggs cut him off with a clothesline and went for a chokeslam, but Evans him with an RKO then a cutter off the top rope for the win. 

Winner: Je’Von Evans
