Welcome to the WWE Raw Pre-Show, and we are live on the WWE Network. Scott Stanford, Booker T, Lita, and Jerry Lawler hype what we will see tonight, which is Lana and Rusev celebrating their marriage on RAW. A commercial for the Cruiserweight Classic was shown. A recap video package of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson attacking Big E last week on RAW.
Stanford noted that there’s no word yet on when Big E will return. WWE announced that Kofi Kingston would wrestle Luke Gallows on RAW. There was a backstage segment where The Dudley Boyz challenged Neville to a tag team match. Neville must find a tag team partner for tonight’s match.
Welcome to WWE Monday Night Raw, there is a recap video of last week’s episode of Raw. Enzo Amore and Big Cass walk down to the ring to open the show. Amore said that last week he was spitting game to Sasha Banks like a G. Cass said that she loved it. Amore said that he can see his future and thinks he has it in the bag. Amore brought up Chris Jericho ruining his home run with Banks. Amore claimed that Jericho broke man code last week and he said that the sight of Jericho makes him want to burp. Amore said that Jericho is on a highway to hell and then welcomed him to the jungle. Jericho then walked out to the stage. Jericho said that Amore is annoying and the only reason Amore is still in WWE is because of his maid (Cass). Jericho mocked Amore and Cass and said that he has someone watching his back. Kevin Owens walked out and they went to the ring. Jericho admitted that he had some problems with Owens at first but now they are as close as brothers. Jericho knows that Owens has his back. Cass mocked them for covering each others back. Cass said if Jericho doesn’t like that joke then do something about. Owens said that he used to like Cass because he could relate to him. Owens said he used to have a best friend that was holding him back. Owens explained that Cass didn’t drop the dead weight like he did. Owens said that he doesn’t care if he is seven foot tall and promised to hurt him. Owens said that if he won’t hurt him then it’s Jericho. Cass challenged them to a fight right now. Jericho told them to calm down. Amore, said that he doesn’t know what Jericho is talking about but when he does, he will shove it down his throat.

Singles Match: Chris Jericho vs. Enzo Amore
They lock up and Amore worked over Jericho’s left arm. Jericho knocked him down and Owens landed a cheap shot to, Amore. Amore fought back but Jericho cut him off with a drop kick., Amore tossed Jericho to the floor and we cut to break.
-Commercial Break-
We’re back from break with Jericho in control of Amore. Moments later, Amore fought back and hit a DDT off the middle rope. Jericho with a big boot and locked in the Walls of Jericho but Amore got to the bottom rope. Amore with a right hand and then a crossbody for 2. Amore tossed Jericho to the floor and hit an outside dive. Back in the ring, Owens distracted Amore and Jericho hit the Code Breaker. Cass ran in and hit a big boot to Jericho for the DQ.
Winner: Jericho.
Post-match, Jericho and Owens walked up to the ramp. Cass challenged them to a match at SummerSlam. Owens and Jericho accepted the match.
There was a backstage segment with Mick Foley and Sasha Banks. Foley booked Banks with Brooke tonight. If Banks wins the Brooke will be banned from ringside at SummerSlam and if Banks loses then her match with Charlotte will turn into a 2-on-1 handicap match.

Singles Match: Braun Strowman vs. Jorel Nelson.
Complete squash match. Strowman won with a reverse chokeslam.
Winner: Strowman.
There was a backstage segment with Diddy and Foley. Diddy gave Foley tickets to an upcoming concert. The New Day walked in. They plugged WWE 2K17.

Singles Match: Darren Young vs. Titus O’Neil
O’Neil slapped him and then tossed him to ringside. O’Neil sent him back first into the apron. Back in the ring, Young rolled him up for the win.
Winner: Young.
-Commercial Break-
Seth Rollins walked down to the ring. Rollins cut a promo about Finn Balor and showed a video package of Balor attacking him last week. Rollins said that he wants to know who Balor really is. Rollins said that the Superstars Balor beat to earn this match is not on the same level as he is. Rollins said that his spot in the match. Rollins vowed to beat Balor at SummerSlam.

Singles Match: Sheamus vs. Cesaro
They start brawling and then Cesaro tossed him to the floor. Cesaro hit an outside dive. Back in the ring, Cesaro hit a, suplex and a series of uppercuts. Sheamus cut him off and we go to break.
-Commercial Break-
We’re back with Sheamus hitting a series of right hands and, clubbing shots. Cesaro with a headbutt and some right hands. Cesaro hit a crossbody off the top rope for a near fall. Sheamus cut him off with a slam for 2. Cesaro went for the sharpshooter but Sheamus blocked and rolled him up for 2. Cesaro went for the Neutralizer but Sheamus blocked and Cesaro countered a big boot and rolled him up for 2. Sheamus with a backbreaker for 2. Sheamus with a spear and a slam for 2. Cesaro with an uppercut and they exchanged right hands. Cesaro with a drop kick off the middle rope. Cesaro hit an uppercut and walked into a right hand but Sheamus knocked down the referee. Cesaro rolled him up for the win.
Winner: Cesaro.

There was a video package to hype Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton’s match at SummerSlam.

Tag Team Match: The Dudley Boyz vs. Neville and Sin Cara.
Cara and Bubba started things off. Bubba with a big boot and landed some right hands. The crowd was dead for this match. Cara fought back and hit a springboard dive. Bubba knocked him off the apron. Moments later, Cara fought back and got the hot tag to Neville. Neville with a drop kick to Devon. Devon accidentally clotheslines Bubba. Neville with a kick and a roll up for 2. Neville with an outside dive taking out Bubba. Cara kicked Devon and Neville hit a missile drop kick. Neville went to the top rope and hit the Red Arrow for the win.
Winners: Neville and Sin Cara.

Lana and Rusev walk down to the ring for their wedding celebration. Lana said that she got a wedding of her dreams, and none of the fans could attend because it was VIP only. Lana said that they would react their special day with all of the fans. Some photos of their wedding were shown. Rusev said he would get her anything she wants. The fans started to boo, and Rusev called them pigs. Roman Reigns walked down to the ring. Reigns said that he noticed Rusev didn’t have a best man at his wedding, so he came out here for a toast. Reigns challenged Rusev to a US Title match at SummerSlam. Rusev denied him the match. Reigns poured some champagne and started to drink. Reigns said he never saw a wedding between a savage and a mail order bride. Reigns said that Rusev is a drag and wasn’t having fun. Reigns said he expected more out of Rusev just like Lana was expecting more on their wedding night. Rusev attacked Reigns, and they brawled. Reigns pushed Rusev into Lana, who went face first into the wedding cake. Reigns gave Rusev the thumbs up and walked to the back. Rusev starts throwing cake.
-Commercial Break-
Rusev demanded that Reigns should pay for what he did to Foley in a backstage segment. Foley booked Reigns vs. Rusev at SummerSlam.
Singles Match: Sasha Banks vs. Dana Brooke – if Banks wins, then Brooke is banned from ringside at SummerSlam. If Brooke wins, then she and Charlotte will face Banks in a 2-on-1 handicap match at the event.
Banks hit a series of clotheslines and then a kick. Brooke with a back kick and a clothesline. Charlotte accidentally slapped Brooke and Banks hit Brooke with a knee strike for the win.
Winner: Banks.

Finn Balor cut a backstage promo about his legacy and his culture.
Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were dressed up as doctors. They made nut jokes about Big E’s injury.

Singles Match: Kofi Kingston vs. Luke Gallows.
Gallows beat him down until Kofi sent him to the floor and hit an outside dive. Back in the ring, Kingston was distracted by Anderson and Gallows hit a right hand and then a faceplant slam for the win.
Winner: Gallows.
Post-match, Gallows, and Anderson were going to attack Kingston, but Woods ran them off with a chair.
There was a segment with Goldust, R-Truth and Scooby Doo outside the arena. This was to plug the new Scooby Doo movie that is set to be released tomorrow.
-Commercial Break-
Mick Foley was in the ring and brought Daniel Bryan down to the ring. Bryan said that Foley has done a good job running RAW. Foley said that Bryan is an excellent GM and gave him props for being a good commentary on the Cruiserweight Classic. Bryan was a little surprised that Foley invited him here. Bryan started to plug SmackDown Live but Foley cut him off and apologized for Lesnar attacking Orton on SmackDown. Bryan pointed out that Orton fired the first shot and RKO’d Lesnar. Foley showed footage of Bryan mocking the Universal Title that RAW has. Bryan said that the Universal Title is cool. Foley said that the RAW fans needed a world title. Rusev then walked down to the ring and said that RAW doesn’t need a champion because they already has one. Rusev said if a SmackDown star appears on RAW then he would crush them and gave props to Foley. Bryan called Rusev out for sucking up to Foley. Cesaro then walked down to the ring. Cesaro walked out and said that Rusev is having a bad night. Cesaro said that Foley told him that he could earn a title shot. Cesaro said that he proved that he is title worthy when he beat Sheamus. Foley pointed out that Sheamus almost beat him tonight. Bryan said that he thinks Cesaro is being underutilized on RAW. Foley announced that Cesaro would face Rusev for the US Title tonight.
-Commercial Break-
US Title Match: Rusev © vs. Cesaro.
Cesaro hit him with a series of uppercuts and then hit a dive off the apron. Back in the ring, Cesaro hit a crossbody for 2. Cesaro missed a crossbody and Rusev sent him shoulder first into the ring post. Rusev with a series of right hands. Rusev worked over the left arm of Cesaro. Cesaro fought back and hit a powerslam. Cesaro followed up with a double foot stomp for 2. Rusev with a knee strike and a kick for 2. Cesaro picks him up and hit an electric chair. They exchange right hands and then Cesaro hit a springboard corkscrew. Cesaro hit the giant swing and then locked in the sharpshooter but Sheamus ran down. Cesaro knocked him off the apron and Rusev kicked Cesaro for 2. Rusev went for the Accolade but Cesaro pushed Rusev into Sheamus, who was on the apron and the referee was knocked down. Cesaro covered Rusev but only got a near fall. Sheamus with a kick to Cesaro and Rusev followed up with one of his own for the win.
Winner: Rusev.
Rusev celebrated but Reigns ran down and speared Rusev. Reigns stood tall to close the show.
