Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed jump CM Punk and Logan Paul

Monday Night Raw started with CM Punk entering the ring as the new World Heavyweight Champion. Punk thanked AJ Lee and the fans for helping him become champion. He said he would like to continue to be friends with Jey, but if not, he understands as he said he came back to WWE to make money and be the champion. 

He mentioned a number of stars he would like to face as champion including Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, AJ Styles, AJ Styles, Finn Balor, Sheamus, and John Cena. He then said anybody that wants some, come gets some. 

Logan Paul came to the ring. Punk saw him coming to the ring and said, “Anybody but you.” Logan said he deserves a title shot. Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed came to the ring. Heyman told Logan the front of the line belongs to Bronson Reed and Bron Breaker and said he’s in the wrong place at the wrong time. Logan said he was here first and he’s not going anywhere. Breakker told Punk he’s coming for what belongs to him and told Punk and Logan to get out of his ring.

Punk told Logan he’s either going to fight with him or get out of his ring. Logan left the ring but Reed and Breakker stepped in front of him. Breakker shoved Logan to the ground. Breakker and Reed got in the ring and jumped Punk. Logan got back in the ring but Breakker and Reed jumped Logan. Reed then came off the top rope with a Tsunami on Paul. Punk came in with a chair to clear the ring of Breakker and Reed.

Stephanie Vaquer & Nikki Bella vs Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez

Nikki caught Roxanne with the Rack Attack 2.0 but Raquel broke up the pin attempt. Raquel and Stephanie fought over the top rope. Raquel blocked the Devil’s Kiss on the ring apron. Nikki tried to pin Roxanne, but Raquel punched her in the face. This led to Roxanne hitting the Pop Rocks on Nikki and pinning her.

Winners: Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez

Backstage:

Jey told Punk he saw what happened out there. He said something had told him to help Punk. Punk asked him if he could trust him and is he talking to Jey or little Roman. Jey said you’re talking to Main Event Jey Uso. Jey said he wanted to help Punk and end this problem with The Vision tonight. Punk agreed and they fist-bumped.

Penta vs El Grande Americano (w/ Rayo & Bravo)

El Grande loaded his mask with the metal plate. Penta gave him the backstabber. Penta went to the top rope. Rayo grabbed him and the referee ejected him from ringside. El Grande dove at Penta with the loaded mask but Penta kicked him in the head. Penta then came off the top rope with a Mexican Destroyer on El Grande and pinned him. After the match, Rayo and Bravo tried to attack Penta but Penta escaped.

Winner: Penta

Pre-taped interview:

The Kabuki Warriors said there attack on Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss is just the beginning. They will continue to tear apart the tag team division until they get a tag team title match. Asuka said out of the kindness of her heart, she let Bayley walk away last week, but her kindness will not last forever.

Rey and Dominik Mysterio brawl:

Dominik Mysterio said he proved on Saturday that he’s the greatest Intercontinental Champion and AAA Champion of all time. He went on to say he is the greatest Luchadore of all time, he’s king of the Luchadores, and there’s nobody that can stop him. Rey Mysterio came out. Rey said he doesn’t care that Dominik is calling himself the greatest champion of all time, but he has to draw the line when he says he is king of the Luchadores. The crowd began singing, “Dirty Dom.” 

Rey said every time Dominik says he’s the greatest Luchadore, he’s insulting the family and their blood. He asked Dominik, what about El Santo, Blue Demon, Eddie Guerrero. Dominik said he’s better than all of them. Rey said you can disrespect me, but you’re not going to disrespect Lucha Libre. Dominik told Rey he’s jealous of him and told him to get out of his ring. 

Rey said he will leave but as long as he’s around, Dominik will never be king of the Luchadores, this will never be your ring, and you will never be the greatest Mysterio. Dominik went to punch Rey. Rey blocked it. Rey hit Dominik with the 619. As Rey went to the top rope, Dominik left the ring.

Backstage:

Lyra Valkyria asked Bayley why she was the only one not attacked by The Kabuki Warriors last week and questioned whether she can be trusted. Bayley assured her she can be.

Becky Lynch came out and stood on the announce desk. She said she’s been going through a lot with her injured husband at home and The Vision losing their minds. She said the next time Maxxine Dupri gets in the ring with her will be her last time she gets in the ring. As she left the ring, she had a staredown with the Kabuki Warriors who were on their way to the ring for their match.

The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kari Sane) vs Lyra Valkyria & Bayley)

Bayley hit the Bayley to Belly on Sane for a near fall. Asuka pushed Lyra into Bayley who fell to the floor. She then got Lyra in the Asuka lock and Lyra had to tap out. After the match, the Warriors were getting ready to continue to beat down Lyra when Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss ran to the ring sending the Kabuki Warriors out.

Winners: The Kabuki Warriors

Backstage:

Judgement Day was happy because Raquel Rodriguez is getting a title shot against Stephanie Vaquer next week on Raw. Dominik Mysterio entered and was upset about Rey. He asked them where they were. Finn Balor said they would have been out there to help him but they weren’t invited to his celebration. He said they are on their way to win back their tag team titles. He then handed Dominik the shillelagh he took from Sheamus and told him to keep it safe. Roxanne then convinced Dominik to be in their corner for their tag team match.

World Tag Team Title Match: AJ Styles & Dragon Lee (Champions) vs Finn Balor & JD McDonagh (w/ Dominik Mysterio)

Styles gave Dominik a baseball slide. Dominik got on the ring apron as Styles was covering JD. As JD was holding Styles down, Balor came off the top rope with the Coup de Grace. Styles moved out of the way, and Balor hit JD with it. Styles threw Balor into Dominik. Styles then hit JD with the Phenomenal Forearm but Balor broke up the pin attempt. Balor told Dominik to hit Styles with his belt. As Dominik was about to do so, the referee saw him and stopped him.

Sheamus came out and leveled Dominik. With the referee trying to stop Sheamus from coming in the ring, Balor blasted Styles with the shillelagh. The referee turned around to count the pin, but Lee broke it up. Styles then gave JD the Styles Clash and pinned him to retain the championship.

Winners and still World Tag Team Champions: AJ Styles & Dragon Lee

Backstage:

Nikki Bella apologized to Stephanie Vaquer for losing the match. Stephanie said it’s okay. Nikki questioned why she came back as she sees every woman here is so strong and crushing it. Stephanie said Nikki paved the way for everybody here. Nikki said she will be there next week to cheer her on.

Backstage:

Paul Heyman questioned Jey Uso why he would team with somebody who just beat him for his World Heavyweight Championship. Jey said he respects him. Paul said that’s not what the Tribal Chief would say. Jey said he doesn’t care what Roman, Jimmy, or anybody else has to say. Paul said he is going to unleash the Brons and whoever doesn’t conform to the Vision gets their asses handed to them. He then told Jey that Jey has a vision of his own and he likes it, and then wished him luck tonight.

Backstage:

Raw GM Adam Pearce Drew the first names out of the tumbler. The first two matches will be Rusev vs Damian Priest, and Shinsuke Nakamura vs Sheamus next week on Raw.

Also next week will be:

  • WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss (Champions) vs The Kabuki Warriors.
  • Women’s World Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (Champion) vs Raquel Rodriguez

CM Punk & Jey Uso vs Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed (w/ Paul Heyman)

Jey hit Reed with a spear but Breakker broke it up. Both teams brawled outside the ring as the referee counted both teams out of the ring. They continued to brawl as Breakker hit a spear on Punk and Jey. They got back in the ring. Breakker speared Jey and Bronson hit the Tsunami on him. Punk grabbed a chair to fend the Brons off. Logan came down with brass knucks, paused, and then hit Punk with the knucks and handed them to Heyman.
