Jey Uso vs Bron Breakker Extreme Rules Match is made for tonight

The show starts out with The Vision in the ring. Paul Heyman went over their credentials for everything they’ve accomplished. Jey Uso showed up in the stands. Heyman challenged Jey to fight Bron Breakker in an Extreme Rules Match tonight which Jey accepted.

Backstage:

The Kabuki Warriors offered IYO SKY their help tonight. IYO said I know you always have my back, but I need to do this by myself tonight just like Asuka did before.

Raquel Rodriguez (w/Roxanne Perez) vs IYO SKY

IYO did a suicide dive through the ropes onto Roxanne. She dove through the other side of the ropes onto Raquel, but Raquel rolled through it, picked her up, and threw her into the ring post. Raquel pushed IYO into the ring. IYO blocked the Tejana Bomb and gave her a hurricanrana into the turnbuckle. She followed it up with the Bullet Train Attack and the Over the Moonsault to pin her.

Winner: IYO SKY

After the match, Roxanne ran into the ring and attacked IYO. Roxanne and Raquel were double-teaming IYO when Rhea Ripley came in and attacked Roxanne and Raquel, sending them out of the ring.

Backstage:

  • CM Punk said he and LA Knight need to be on the same page. Knight said I had two opportunities at the World Championship and you stuck your nose in my business. Punk said we’re not going to get to the Fatal 4-Way match in Paris if we don’t stick together until then because The Vision has the numbers game going for them. Knight said he’s going to win the title in Paris.
  • Rhea Ripley told IYO SKY she didn’t mean to interfere but I couldn’t not step in. IYO said it’s okay. The Kabuki Warrior came in and asked IYO if she was okay. Asuka said Rhea can help you but we can’t? Rhea told Asuka I helped her because you were nowhere to be found. Asuka said that’s because we were told to back off. She warned Rhea to stay out of our business.

Xavier Woods (w/Kofi Kingston & Grayson Waller) vs Penta

Penta hit the Penta Driver on Woods. He went for the cover but Kofi put Wood’s foot on the rope. Penta dove over the top rope onto Kofi and Waller. Penta got back in the ring and Woods caught him with a small package for a near fall. Woods charged at Penta and Penta hit him with a superkick. He then nailed Woods with the Mexican Destroyer and pinned him.

Winner: Penta

Dominik Mysterio said AJ Styles cost him the AAA Mega Championship but he will face Vikingo at AAA When Worlds Collide. Rey Mysterio showed up and they spoke in Spanish to each other.

The Judgment Day (Finn Balor & JD McDonagh) (w/Dominik Mysterio) vs Dragon Lee & Mr. Iguana 

Balor charged at Lee but got hit with a superkick. With the referee distracted by McDonagh, Dominick held onto Lee’s boot. Balor dropkicked Lee into the turnbuckle, gave him the Coup de Grace, and pinned him.

Winner: The Judgment Day

After the match, Dominik was on top of the announce desk holding Lee by his mask. El Hijo del Vikingo appeared on the guardrail and kicked Dominik off the table. Vikingo gave Balor a hurricanrana. He followed up with a dropkick and a Meteora on McDonagh. Dominik hit Vikingo from behind with Vikingo’s title belt and gave him a frog splash.

Backstage:

Becky Lynch said Natalya is wrestling for different promotions trying to prove herself because she knows she doesn’t belong in the ring with me and tonight I’m going to prove she doesn’t belong in the ring with me.

Pre-tape interview w/Bailey

Bailey said I don’t know if anything I’m saying makes sense. She then hears voices in her head saying nothing she’s been saying makes sense. You haven’t been making sense in a long time. You were a double champion and now you’re nothing. I will steer you on the right track. Bayley asked the voices to stop. She said I don’t know what I need. The voice said, How about a hug?

Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs Natalya (w/Maxxine Dupri & Akira Tozawa)

Natalya rolled up Becky for a two-count. Becky threw Natalya neck-first into the bottom rope and snapped her arm back. She then locked in the Disarmer and Natalya submitted. The bell rang. Maxxine came in to pull Becky off Natalya. Becky nailed Maxxine from behind and put her in the Disarmer. Nikki Bella ran to the ring and began brawling with Becky and gave her the Rack Attack 2.0 to end the segment.

Winner: Becky Lynch

Backstage:

  • Sheamus and Rusev began brawling with security trying to break them out. Adam Pearce said I’m going to give you guys one final match to get it out of your system and it will be at Clash in Paris.
  • CM Punk told Jey Uso he tried to get LA Knight on board and he’s not having it. We have to work together. You have an Extreme Rules match tonight. You’re outnumbered but you can count on me. I have your back tonight. Jey said no disrespect, but I didn’t ask for your help tonight. I don’t want to owe anybody any favors. Punk said I’m just letting you know I’m here, and they shook hands.

Naomi relinquishes the World Women’s title, expecting a child:

Naomi asked the crowd to turn their attention to the tron. A clip from What’s Your Story aired with Naomi and Jimmy Uso. Jimmy Uso said they are expecting a baby. In the ring, Adam Pearce told Naomi we are all happy for you. Naomi told Pearce I’m sure you’re happy for me, but this isn’t the first time I’m relinquishing a title. I handed it to you the first time, but this time I’m not handing you shit so get out of here. Pearce left the ring.

Naomi said every woman in the locker room should be thanking Big Jim because you all know you wouldn’t have a chance to take this title off me. I was about to walk you all like a dog all year long. Thanks to Big Jim, he likes to watch Netflix and chill. On the bright side, The Bloodline continues.

I’m going to lay my title down here. I’m going to give you heifers 9 months to do whatever you want with my title. When I come back, I’m coming back to pick up where I left off.  Whoever has that title when I come back, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution.

Backstage:

Dominik Mysterio was speaking with El Grande Americano in Spanish. Finn Balor asked him what that was about. Dominik said I’m making sure the Judgment Day always stays on top.

Jey Uso vs Bron Breakker (w/Paul Heyman)

Breakker hit Jey with the Breakkensteiner. He went for a spear but Jey hit him with one of his own for a near fall. Jey began whaling away with a chair on Breakker. He hit an Uso splash on Breakker. As he went for the cover, Bronson Reed pulled the referee out of the ring. Reed began pounding on Jey and gave him a Death Valley Driver.

LA Knight ran into the ring and began brawling with Reed. They took the fight outside the ring until Seth Rollins showed up and jumped Knight from behind. Rollins went inside the ring and hit the Pedigree on Jey.

CM Punk came out and he and Rollins brawled in the aisle. They got in the ring. Punk and Knight took turns punching Rollins. Rollins blocked the GTS by raking his eyes and sending him into Knight who crashed through a table. Punk and Rollins brawled through the crowd.

Breakker and Jey got back in the ring with Breakker setting up a table. Jey superkicked Breakker onto the table. As he went up to the top rope, Reed knocked him off. Roman Reigns came around ringside and hit Breakker with a spear and gave a Superman punch to Reed. Reigns threw Breakker back in the ring. Jey superkicked him onto the table and gave him the Uso splash to pin him.
