The Vision open WWE Monday Night Raw:

Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman made their way into the ring to open WWE Monday Night Raw. Rollins said he is the Crown Jewel Champion. He put over the group he assembled. Rollins said Heyman came to him in a moment of need after being betrayed by both Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. Rollins took him in, and together they have solidified him as the undisputed GOAT. He said he is a blessed man to be in Heyman’s presence, and hugged him. 

Six months ago, Bron Breakker came to him, and under his vision, he has flourished and became everything he thought he could be and more. He proclaimed him as the undisputed future of this industry. 

Six months ago, Bronson Reed was on the shelf and couldn’t have beaten Reigns. With his knowledge, he gave Reed all his knowledge about Reigns, and he not only beat Reigns, he destroyed him, and is now the new Tribal Chief. 

Rollins then proclaimed himself as the greatest World Champion of all-time. Rollins said the difference between him and past greats is he hasn’t needed anyone to get his success. He said he doesn’t need Breakker, Reed, or Heyman. He has beaten Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and everybody else on their own. He doesn’t need the men in this ring. He chose the men in this ring and they have chosen him because he’s the greatest to ever do it. 

Backstage:

Rusev told Penta he beat him, but yet it’s Penta who has the match with Dominik Mysterio tonight. He’s allowing Penta this match tonight because he already talked to Raw GM Adam Pearce who promised him a match against the winner of tonight’s match.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dominik Mysterio (Champion) vs Penta

Penta came off the top rope and got hit with a kick to the mid-section by Dominik. Dominik rolled out of the ring. Rusev came down the aisle but was met by Penta who dove over the top rope onto him. With the referee distracted by this, Dominik grabbed the Intercontinental belt and a hammer. He got back in the ring and put the title on the mat. When the referee turned around, he saw the belt laying on the mat. As the ref went to take the title out of the ring, Dominik hit Penta in the knee with the hammer. Dominik then hit him with the 619 and a frog splash off the top rope. The referee turned around and counted the pinfall as Dominik retains his championship.

Backstage:

Tonight, LA Knight will be facing CM Punk and Jey Uso in a triple-threat match #1 contenders match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Knight said he will win the match tonight. Punk entered and said Knight will not win tonight and will never be World Champion. 

Backstage:

Asuka yelled at Kairi Sane for losing at Crown Jewel. Asuka told her tonight she will have to face Rhea Ripley. Sane showed Asuka the bruise on her head and told her this was because she tried to help her last night at Crown Jewel. Asuka slapped her across the face. 

Rhea Ripley (w/ IYO SKY) vs Kairi Sane (w/ Asuka)

Ripley and Sane were fighting on the turnbuckles. Ripley got caught upside down and Sane came crashing down on her with a double foot stomp for a two-count. Sane went to the top rope but got caught on the way down and slammed face first into the mat. Asuka got on the ring apron. IYO yanked Asuka down and gave her a kick. Ripley then hit the Riptide on Sane and pinned her.

Winner: Rhea Ripley

After the match, Asuka attacked IYO and drove her into the ring post. Asuka got on the ring apron and was met by a boot to the face by Ripley. Ripley cleared the announce table. As she was getting ready to hit the Riptide on Asuka on the announce desk, Sane hit Ripley from behind multiple times with a kendo stick. Asuka then DDT’d Ripley on the table.

Backstage:

The Uso were backstage. Jimmy questioned Jey that they helped the Tribal Chief out and it’s still their fault? Jey told Jimmy that Roman said there is only one way to go, and that’s his way. Roman looks out for himself, and maybe they should start doing the same. Jey told Jimmy he appreciates him trying to go after The Vision, but he has his own match tonight with the triple-threat. He can’t make the same mistake he made in Paris trying to stick his neck out for Roman. Jimmy questioned Jey if he believes he can defeat Bronson Reed tonight. Jey said it’s not like that. Jimmy told him, “You handle your business, and I’ll handle mine.”

Bronson Reed vs Jimmy Uso

Jimmy came to the ring with his ribs taped up. He hit Reed with an Uso in the Wind for a near fall. Jimmy went to lift Reed up, the weight of Reed collapsed underneath him. Reed hit Jimmy with two Sentons, followed by a Tsunami to score the pinfall. 

Winner: Bronson Reed

After the match, Bron Breakker hit the ring and gave Jimmy a spear. Reed held up Jimmy and Breakker gave him another spear. Reed ribbed the tape of Jimmy’s ribs and kicked him out of the ring. As Breakker was running around the ring to spear Jim, the Usos music played and Breakker stopped dead in his tracks. Jey ran down the aisle and into the ring to superkick Reed. As Jey was fighting Breakker, Reed splashed him in the corner. Jey got up and superkicked Reed, sending him outside the ring. As Breakker and Reed left the area, Jey and Jimmy argued with each other.

Backstage:

Lyra Valkyria asked if Bayley is all right. Bayley acted like she didn’t know what she was talking about. Lyra said they aren’t always on the same page, and until she knows she can trust her, tonight’s tag team match with her is a one-time thing.

Lyra Valkyria & Bayley vs Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez

As Bayley was running to the ropes, Raquel pulled the ropes down and Bayley fell through them landing outside the ring. With the referee’s back turned, Raquel gave Bayley a boot to the face and threw her back in the ring. Roxanne hit a leg scissor face implant on Bayley, and Lyra broke up the pin attempt. Lyra threw Raquel into the ring post and threw Roxanne out of the ring. Lyra tried to revive Bayley and eventually slapped her. Bayley laughed and then dove through the ropes on both Raquel and Roxanne. She slammed Roxanne’s head multiple times into the announce table and threw Raquel into the ring post. Bayley threw Raquel over the barricade and threw Roxanne into the ring. Bayley then hit an elbow drop off the top rope onto Roxanne, hit her with the Rose Plant and pinned her.

Winners: Lyra Valkyria & Bayley

Backstage:

Seth Rollins told Paul Heyman that the last six months have been incredible and the next 12 months are going to be even bigger. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed entered. Rollins told them his proudest moments are marrying his wife, the birth of their child, and seeing their growth in the last six months. He told them they are at the mountain top and nobody can knock him off it.

Backstage:

Adam Pearce asked an official to get him an update on Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. AJ Styles entered. Pearce thanked him for the match he had with John Cena at Crown Jewel. Dominik Mysterio entered. Dominik said he has to defend his championship next week against Rusev and mentioned that it seems like he’s the only one that ever defends his championship. Styles told Pearce that Dominik is right and maybe Finn Balor and JD McDonagh should also defend their tag team titles against himself and Dragon Lee. Pearce agreed to have that match next week.

Next Monday on Raw:

  • Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch (Champion) vs Maxxine Dupri
  • Intercontinental Championship: Dominik Mysterio (Champion) vs Rusev
  • WWE Tag Team Championship: Finn Balor & JD McDonagh (Champions) vs AJ Styles & Dragon Lee

Stephanie Vaquer was being interviewed on the stage. Said she is the first person in WWE history to win four titles in one year. Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez came out. Roxanne said she was the last person to beat IYO SKY so she should have been at Wrestlepalooza, been the Women’s World champion, and gone on to be Crown Jewel Champion. Stephanie told her to stop crying and do something about it. Roxanne said she will, on her time, not Stephanie’s.

Michael Cole thanked the fans and announced that SmackDown, Crown Jewel, and Raw drew a combined attendance of 40,503.

Triple Threat #1 Contender’s Match for the World Heavyweight Championship: CM Punk vs LA Knight vs Jey Uso

Jey charged at Punk with a spear but got hit with a kick. Jey blocked a GTS by Punk and threw him off into Knight who hit him with the BTF. Jey charged at Knight but Knight threw him out of the ring. Knight went for the cover on Punk, but Jey pulled him by the leg and out of the ring. Jey threw Knight face first into the ring steps. Jey dove off the top rope attempting to land on Punk, but Punk got his knees up. Punk then hit the GTS on Jey and pinned him to become the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Winner: CM Punk

After the match, The Vision came out. Breakker hit a spear on Jey. He then ran around the ring to spear Knight. Breakker and Reed jumped Punk. Reed held Punk and Breakker speared him. Reed hit Punk with a Tsunami. Rollins told Punk he will never be champion. Breakker then turned on Rollins and speared him.. Reed grabbed Rollins, drug him to the corner, and gave him a Tsunami. Heyman told Breakker to stop. Breakker grabbed Heyman by the collar and then picked up Rollin’s title belt. Heyman then lifted the hands of Breakker and Reed as they stood over Rollins.
