In the ring, Rhea Ripley came to the ring with her right arm in a sling. Ripley said after the attack last week from Liv Morgan, I’m being told I’m stuck on the bench for the next few months and I will have to vacate the Women’s World Championship. I could have had respect for Liv Morgan if she would have confronted me face to face, but instead she decided to blindside me. I would have dropped you exactly where you stood. This is a warning to whoever wins my Women’s World Championship. When I come back, I’m coming back for blood. Liv Morgan came out and security tried to hold her back. Ripley went after her, but security held her back.
Backstage, The Judgment Day hugged Rhea Ripley. Damian Priest told Ripley we know when you come back, you’re going to make Liv Morgan regret ever messing with you and you’re going to come back more bad ass then you are right now. We love you.
Sheamus vs Ivar
Ivar caught Sheamus with a running knee. Ivar went for a springboard, but Sheamus caught him with a knee to his jaw. Sheamus pulled down his knee pad and caught Ivar with the Kneecap and a Brogue Kick and pinned him.

In the ring, Triple H came to the ring. Adam Pearce introduced The Awesome Truth. Triple H said going forward, they will be known as The World Tag Team Champions and presented them with new tag team belts.
Triple Threat #1 Contender’s Match:
#DIY (Tomasso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) vs Creed Brothers (Brutus & Julius Creed) vs The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods)
Brutus went to the top rope for the Brutus Ball, but Kingston shoved him down to the mat where he was met with a superkick by Woods. Woods went to the top rope, but Julius met him up there and gave him a superplex. Woods came off the top rope with an elbow on Julius. Woods went for the pinfall, but got hit by the In the Middle by #DIY Ciampa covered Woods and pinned him.

Maxxine Dupri & Ivy Nile vs Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell
Hartwell came in the ring which caused the referee to be distracted from seeing Dupri tag Nile. The referee turned around and argued with Nile to leave the ring. While the referee was distracted with this, Hartwell kicked Dupri and put LeRae on top of Dupri. The referee turned around to count the pinfall.

Backstage, Damian Priest told Dominik Mysterio to teach Andrade a lesson and told JD McDonagh to go out there and have his back. Finn Balor told Priest I think our focus should be on getting the tag team championships back, but tonight I’m in a match with Jey Uso. Priest told Balor your focus needs to be on tonight. I need The Prince to teach Jey Uso the meaning of the word loss at Backlash, I’m going to teach Jey Uso the meaning of the word, pain. Balor said he’s good with that.
Earlier today, Chad Gable was working out in the ring with The Creed Brothers. He said I want to win the Intercontinental Title tonight. It is validation and vindication for my ten years in WWE. By Sami Zayn letting me train him these last few weeks, he showed me his weaknesses.
Andrade vs Dominik Mysterio (w/ JD McDonagh)
Dominik gave Andrade a Canadian Destroyer on the ring apron for a near fall. Dominik went for the 619, but Andrade moved out of the way and gave him an elbow. JD got on the ring apron, but Andrade punched him off. Andrade gave Dominik The Message and pinned him. After the match, JD jumped Andrade. Dominik and JD were pounding on Andrade until Ricochet came in for the save.

Backstage, Jey Uso said I told Jimmy Uso to come with me, but tonight I need to concentrate on Finn Balor.
Kayden Carter & Katana Chance vs Chelsea Green & Piper Niven
Niven gave Chance a fall-a-way slam. Carter slammed Green to the mat and went for the pin, but Niven broke it up by giving Carter a cross body. Green rolled up Carter and pinned her.

Backstage, Liv Morgan said where was the sympathy for me when Rhea pulled my shoulder out of my socket and put me on the shelf for eight months. This is karma. Rhea got what she deserved. This isn’t the end of my revenge tour. I will be the Women’s World Champion.
In the ring, Cody Rhodes thanked Seth Rollins for being his Shield at WrestleMania XL. Cody brought out Jey Uso. Cody said you helped me at WrestleMania. You’re getting ready to wrestle Finn Balor. You know the rest of Judgment Day is going to be around.I would love it if I can have your back like you had mine. Jey said I appreciate it, but I’m going to do this on my own and go on to become World Champion. Cody said okay and they hugged.
Backstage, Nia Jax said I don’t care about Rhea Ripley and I’m going to take the World Women’s Championship
Jey Uso vs Finn Balor
Balor gave Jey the sling blade. Jey caught Balor with a superkick. Jey missed an Uso splash. Balor gave Jey a dropkick but missed the Coup de Grace. Jey gave Balor a spear and an Uso splash and pinned him.
===Winner: Jey Uso
After the match, Damian Priest got in the ring and raised his World title belt. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh attacked Jey from behind and kicked him out of the ring. Jey superkicked Dominik, threw JD into Balor, and ran into the crowd and to the entrance of the arena where Sami Zayn was standing. Zayn said I saw my first show in this arena 25 years ago. Tonight, I’m walking in the front door as the champion.
Backstage, Bronson Reed told Chad Gable if Gable or Zayn wins tonight, I am the next challenger.
Intercontinental Championship Match:
Sami Zayn (champion) vs Chad Gable
Gable had Zayn in the ankle lock, but Zayn escaped by rolling him up for a near fall. Zayn gave Gable an Exploder, Helluva kick, and covered him for the pin. Gable raised Zayn’s hand after the match. As Zayn was hugging his wife at ringside, Gable gave Zayn a German suplex and threw him into the ring post. Gable threw Zayn over the announce table. He hooked Zayn in the ankle lock on the middle rope as the show went off the air.
