Logan Paul and Ricochet both said they were going to emerge victorious at SummerSlam. They fist bumped, but then Logan said he hopes Ricochet isn’t going to have a problem with Samantha Irvin, Ricochet’s fiance, announcing him as the winner. Ricochet attacked Logan. Ricochet came off the top rope, but Logan hit him with a punch to his face.
Backstage, Gunther said his only concern is his disappointment in Ludwig Kaiser because he could have prevented all of this with Drew McIntyre last week. Kaiser has a chance to redeem himself tonight against Riddle. Gunther will end McIntyre at SummerSlam once and for all.
Riddle vs Ludwig Kaiser (w/ Gunther & Giovanni Vinci)
Riddle gave Kaiser a knee to the jaw and a suplex. Riddle went for another one, but Kaiser kicked him off sending him into Gunther who had gotten up on the ring apron. Kaiser went for a roll-up but Riddle powerbombed him and gave him a knee strike for a two-count. Kaiser kicked Riddle, gave him a DDT, and pinned him.
===Winner: Ludwig Kaiser
Backstage, Logan Paul said he gave Ricochet a small taste of what he is going to give him at SummerSlam and promised that this will be one of the most viral matches in the history of WWE.
Maxxine Dupri (w/ Alpha Academy) vs Valhalla (w/ The Viking Raiders)
Maxxine came off the top rope with a flying body press on Valhalla and went for the pin. Erik got in the ring and the ref didn’t make the count trying to get him out. Alpha Academy and The Viking Raiders fought outside the ring. Valhalla attacked Maxxine from behind. Maxxine avoided getting superplexed and gave Valhalla a backdrop suplex for the pin.

Backstage, Tommaso Ciampa told Shinsuke Nakamura that they could have gone their separate ways, but Nakamura didn’t want that, so tonight, he’s going to fix that problem and go on to win the SummerSlam Battle Royal.
In the ring, Finn Balor said Seth Rollins wants to pretend he’s insane by wearing crazy clothes. Balor said that’s not insane. Insanity is waking up for the last seven years, looking at himself in the mirror, and seeing the scars Rollins caused. Rhea Ripley said anybody who decides to get in their way will have to learn to enjoy their time in rehab just like Liv Morgan and Kevin Owens. Raquel Rodriguez came down and attacked Ripley. Dominik came over and Rodriguez turned around to get in his face. Ripley clipped Raquel’s knee from behind before officials broke them up.
Backstage, Alpha Academy congratulated Maxxine Dupri for winning her match against Valhalla. Imperium showed up and Gunther made fun of Chad Gable. Gunther said he can beat Gable in under five minutes. Gable accepted and told Gunther to leave his team in the back and he will do the same.
Tommaso Ciampa vs Shinsuke Nakamura
Nakamura kicked Ciampa in the ribs for a two-count. Ciampa hit Nakamura with a knee strike. Nakamura rolled up Ciampa and hooked the tights for the pin.

Backstage, Raquel Gonzalez was wearing a knee brace and getting medical attention from the trainers. Adam Pearce told her she will get her match when she is cleared.
In the ring, Brock Lesnar said he is getting paid to go to SummerSlam to fight Cody Rhodes. Rhodes is getting paid to go to SummerSlam and get his ass kicked. If he feels otherwise, come out here, shake his hand, and he will see him Saturday. Rhodes came out and shook his hand, but Brock nudged him and walked out of the ring. Cody dove through the ropes onto Lesnar. Lesnar picked up the ring steps and hit Cody in the face and shoulder with them. He threw Cody in the ring and gave him an F5
Gunther vs Chad Gable
Gunther got the sleeper hold on Gable with a minute left. With 15 seconds left, Gunther went for the powerbomb, but Gable blocked it and threw him over the top rope. It was announced the 5 minutes had expired, so therefore, the winner is Chad Gable. Gunther said this match is not over. The ring announcer said this match will continue. Gable gave Gunther a suplex. Gunther kicked Gable, gave him a powerbomb, and pinned him.
===Winner: Gunther
After the match, Gunther said he will not lose the Intercontinental Championship and he will end Drew McIntyre once in for all at SummerSlam.
Backstage, said it doesn’t matter how much Brock Lesnar hurts him, he will be at SummerSlam and defeat him.
In the ring, Becky Lynch challenged Trish Stratus to come to the ring and fight her. Stratus came out with Zoey Stark. Trish said she will give Lynch her rematch, but not tonight because nobody tells her what to do. Adam Pearce came out and said this match will happen right now.
Becky Lynch vs Trish Stratus (w/ Zoey Stark)
Zoey Stark immediately ran in an d attacked Lynch. Lynch battled both Trish and Stark outside the ring.
Backstage, Adam Pearce told Trish Stratus and Zoey Stark that this was totally unacceptable. He announced Trish will fight Becky Lynch with Zoey Stark banned from ringside.
Seth Rollins & Sami Zayn vs The Judgment Day (Damian Priest & Dominik Mysterio) (w/ Finn Balor & Rhea Ripley)
Priest gave Rollins the Razor’s Edge. He was going to go for the pinfall, and then saw the Money in the Bank briefcase and realized he can cash it in now. Priest told Balor to get the briefcase and give it to him. Balor got the briefcase, but hesitated giving it to him. He finally gave it to Priest, but Rollins superkicked the briefcase into Priest’s face. Ripley got on the ring apron which distracted the referee. Dominik came in the ring, but Rollins threw the briefcase at his face. Balor got on the ring apron and raked Rollin’s eyes. Zayn caught Balor with a Helluva Kick. Rollins gave Priest the Curb Stomp and pinned him.
