Tonight on Monday Night RAW:
– Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar will be on the show
– Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Matt Riddle to collide with Imperium
– Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus sign the contract for WWE Night of Champions

They opened the show by showing footage of Brock Lesnar attacking Cody Rhodes backstage before the show started.
In the ring, Paul Heyman said he had nothing to do with Lesnar attacking Rhodes, but what we saw is an example of what Rhodes is in for at Night of Champions. He said Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will defeat Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens that same night with The Usos sitting at home. Zayn and Owens came to the ring and Heyman left. Owens said he is dedicating his upcoming win over Reigns and Sikoa to the true pillars of The Bloodline, The Usos. Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, and Giovanni Vinci came to the ring. Matt Riddle came in to even things up and Imperium backed down. They came back in the ring and all six began brawling with Zayn, Owens, and Riddle knocking Imperium out of the ring.
Backstage, Adam Pearce said he doesn’t have an update on Cody Rhodes. Byron Saxton asked Pearce if the rumor that Cody suffered a broken arm is true and Pearce said he has no update at this time.
Earlier today, Bronson Reed said he didn’t win the Battle Royal last week because of Ricochet. Tonight, Ricochet will learn that actions have consequences and so will anybody else who gets in his way.
Ricochet vs Bronson Reed
Reed came off the ring apron to try to land on Ricochet, but Ricochet caught him with a knee to his jaw. Ricochet tried to come off the ring rope, but Reed pushed the rope down and Ricochet landed on the mat. Reed splashed Ricochet into the corner and hit him with a powerslam. He followed it up with the Tsunami and pinned him.

Backstage, Apollo Crews said he’s excited to be back on RAW. Dominik and Rey Mysterio showed up and Dominik said this is Mami’s interview time. Ripley said she is going to make an example of Natalya at Night of Champions and end her career. Crews interrupted her and said it is her interview time. Crews asked Dominik what is going to do about it. Ripley said Dominik is going to remind Crews who runs Monday Night RAW.
In a pre-tape, Seth Rollins said he loves Roman Reigns, but he doesn’t like Roman Reigns. That’s brotherhood. He will always have love for him. When everybody in the world made them their enemies, Roman was there for him, but the man he’s become and the champion he’s become, he doesn’t have respect for him. He’s been poisoned by his own ego. With his championship, he’s taken opportunities away from everybody else. Rollins wants to become World Heavyweight Champion so we can all forget about Roman Reigns. Reigns said he wants to become champion because it can be the land of opportunity and the catalyst for change. He’s going to be around and wants challengers. He wants to know who wants his spot and try and take it from him because somebody has to carry the torch when him and Roman is gone.
Backstage, Finn Balor said Shinsuke Nakamura cost Damian Priest an opportunity for the World Heavyweight Championship. Balor is going to beat Nakamura tonight and leave a little bit of him so Priest can pick the bones.
Candice LeRae vs Zoey Stark
Nikki Cross came to ringside. LeRae kicked Stark off the ring apron. LeRae dove on Stark. LeRae threw Stark back in the ring. As LeRae went to get back in the ring, Cross grabbed her and started celebrating. Stark speared both of them outside the ring. Stark threw LeRae back in the ring, gave her the Z-360, and pinned her.

Backstage, Mustafa Ali said he’s been dreaming about being a champion since he was a kid, but it’s been one failure after the other. Brock Lesnar walked by him and told him to get a life and continued walking. Ali walked away.
Lesnar came to the ring and said Cody Rhodes will not be able to appear at Night of Champions. He then issued an open challenge to anybody in the locker room. Cody Rhodes showed up with his arm in a sling filled with ice. He took the sling off and they had a brawl. Reigns caught Rhodes in an armbar which further injured him. He then stomped on his arm and left the ring.
Alpha Academy (Chad Gable & Otis) (w/ Maxine Dupri) vs The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) (w/ Valhalla)
Otis charged in the corner, but Ivar moved out of the way. Gable tagged Otis. Erik tagged Ivar. Erik caught Gable with a knee to the jaw. Dupri came over to argue with Valhalla. Valhalla scared Dupri away. Erik lifted Gable up to Ivar who was sitting on the turnbuckle, but Gable kicked Ivar off and rolled up Erik for the win.

Backstage, Adam Pearce went in Cody Rhodes’ dressing room, but Rhodes told him to get out.
In a pre-tape, Jinder Mahal said Indus Sheer said last week was the end for many Superstars.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Finn Balor (w/ Damian Priest)
Nakamura came off the ring apron with a knee, but Balor moved out of the way and it hit Priest. Nakamura clotheslined Priest over the barricade. Balor dropkicked Nakamura and threw him back in the ring. Balor then hit Nakamura with the Coup De Grace and pinned him.

Raquel Rodriguez vs Sonya Deville (w/ Chelsea Green)
Raquel hit with a boot to the face followed by a flipping senton bomb. She then gave Deville the Texana Bomb and pinned her.

After the match, Green and Deville attacked Rodriguez until Shotzi came in to make the save.
Backstage, one of the referees told Adam Pearce that he tried to talk to Cody Rhodes. He’s extremely angry, he won’t let anybody in, and he’s hurting very bad. Trish Stratus told Pearce there should be a no touch policy during her contract signing with Lynch. Pearce said he’s not sure there’s a need for a no touch policy and left.

Lynch signed the contract and told Stratus to get out here. Stratus said Lynch has been to a lot of these contract signings because of the work she did to pave the way for Lynch. Stratus said she’s still number one and it didn’t take a broken nose to get there. Lynch told Stratus that she is scared that time is passing her by. Lynch told Stratus that if she thought it was embarrassing to bark like a dog, wait until she whoops her ass at Night of Champions. Stratus turned the table over and left.
Backstage, Pearce was talking with somebody on the phone. He told the person that Cody Rhodes’ arm is mangled and that he’s concerned that Cody Rhodes won’t let the medical personel in his locker room.
Backstage, Shotzi said she has a lot of respect for Raquel Rodriguez. Raquel said Shotzi will be her partner next week and they will win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Dominik Mysterio (w/ Rhea Ripley) vs Apollo Crews
Outside the ring, Ripley pushed Crews into the ring post. Crews made it back in the ring at the count of 9. Dominik immediately hit a frog splash on Crews and pinned him.

Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, & Matt Riddle vs Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, & Giovanni Vinci)
Gunther caught Zayn in a sleeper. Riddle came off the top rope with the Floating Bro on Gunther. Vinci tagged in. Zayn gave Vinci the Exploder into the turnbuckle. Gunther grabbed Zayn’s ankle as he went for the Helluva Kick. Owens superkicked Gunther. Riddle caught Gunther with a knee to his chin and threw him over the announce desk. Zayn gave Vince the Helluva Kick. Owens tagged in and gave Vince the Swanton Bomb and pinned him.

Backstage, Triple H told Cody Rhodes he needs to get him medical attention. Cody said he doesn’t need it. Triple H said he knows just by looking at it that it’s broken and looking at Cody’s face, Cody knows it’s broken. Triple H told Cody he’s afraid that if a doctor comes in and tells him his arm is broken that he won’t let him wrestle at Night of Champions. Cody told Triple H he would have fought and that’s what he is going to do.
