Tonight on Monday Night RAW:
World Heavyweight Title Tournament:
– Cody Rhodes vs Finn Balor vs The Miz
– Seth Rollins vs Shinsuke Nakamura vs Damian Priest
– Trish Stratus returns

In the ring, Cody Rhodes said now that Brock Lesnar is in the rear view mirror, he can now concentrate on winning the World Heavyweight Championship.
Backstage, Damian Priest said it took an entire island to keep him down at Backlash last night, but he will put down Shinsuke Nakamura and Seth Rollins by himself tonight.
World Heavyweight Championship Tournament First Round:
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs Damian Priest
Nakamura gave Rollins an Inverted Exploder. He was going for the Kinshasa, but Priest cut him off with a clothesline. Priest threw Rollins out of the ring. Nakamura caught Priest in a knee bar, but Rollins came off the top rope with a splash on Nakamura, gave him a Pedigree and pinned him.
===Winner: Seth Rollins
Backstage, Imperium came up to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Zayn told them to give them five minutes as they are talking to each other right now. Imperium said they don’t put up with disrespect and they are putting their tag team titles in danger. Zayn told Imperium they will deal with them in the ring tonight.
Otis (w/ Chad Gable and Maxxine Dupri) vs Mustafa Ali
Gable wanted Otis to do the caterpillar on Ali but Maxxine did not. Otis charged into the corner at Ali, but Ali moved and Otis went into the ring post. Ali did a 450 splash off the top rope on Otis and pinned him.
===Winner: Mustafa Ali
Backstage, The Miz when he wins the World Heavyweight Championship, it will put respect on his name.
World Heavyweight Championship Tournament First Round:
Cody Rhodes vs Finn Balor vs The Miz
Cody hit the Cross Rhodes on Balor, but The Miz broke up the pin attempt and threw Cody out of the ring. Cody got right back in the ring to break up Miz’s pin attempt on Balor. Cody hit three Cross Rhodes on Miz. As he went for the pin, Brock Lesnar pulled Cody out of the ring and gave him an F5 on the floor. Balor came off the top rope on Miz with the Coup de Grace and pinned him
===Winner: Finn Balor
After the match, Lesnar gave Cody an F5 on the announce desk. As Cody laid unconscious on the floor, Lesnar told him he wants to fight him at Night of Champions.
Rhea Ripley (w/ Dominik Mysterio) vs Dana Brooke
Ripley caught Brooke coming off the top rope and gave her a Riptide. She then put Brook in a standing leg lock submission for the win.
===Winner: Rhea Ripley
After the match, Ripley gave Brooke another riptide and put her back in the standing leg lock. Natalia came to the ring. Dominik whispered something in Ripley’s ear and they left the ring.
Backstage, Zoey Stark challenged Nikki Cross to a match tonight and Cross accepted.
Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci)
Imperium went to double team Owens, but Owens backflipped Vinci and caught Kaiser with a stunner. Owens superkicked Vinci and made the tag to Zayn. Zayn hit the Helluva kick on Vinci and pinned him.
===Winners: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn
Backstage, Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green tried to get Indi Hartwell, who was with Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae, to sign a petition for them to get a rematch at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Dexter Lumis came in and Hartwell asked him what he thought about it. Lumis gave a thumbs down. Deville told Hartwell she is going to regret this when they become champions.
Zoey Stark vs Nikki Cross
Cross punched Stark several times and then threw a dropkick. Cross gave Stark a splash in the corner. Cross climbed the turnbuckles, but Stark threw her off, gave her a superkick, and hit the Z-360 for the win.

Backstage, Xavier Woods and Akira Tozawa were laughing loudly in the background as Ripley and Dominik were being interviewed. Dominik told them to show some respect for Mami. Woods challenged Dominik to a match. Ripley said Dominik accepts.
In the ring, Trish Stratus said Becky Lynch is still missing and is not coming back. Monday Night RAW is her show and nobody is going to steal her spotlight. Becky’s music played, but Trish laughed and said she fooled the audience into thinking it Lynch would be here. The music played again, and Lynch appeared in the ring behind Trish’s back. Trish turned around and Becky punched her and gave her a Becksploder. Trish left the ring. Becky said The Man is here to kick her ass.
Dominik Mysterio (w/ Rhea Ripley) vs Xavier Woods
Woods came off the top rope with a dropkick on Dominik. Woods went to the top rope again and dove off with an elbow drop, but Dominik rolled out of the way, rolled Woods up, and hooked the trunks to pin him.
===Winner: Dominik Mysterio
Backstage, Jinder Mahal said Indus Sher is going to shake the foundation of WWE.
Backstage, The Miz told Shinsuke Nakamura that if they would have had each other’s backs, they would still be in this tournament. The Miz said he’s willing to forget this and he still wants to team with him. Nakamura challenged The Miz to a match next week.
Backstage, Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan told Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green that if they wanted a rematch, all they had to do was ask. Morgan and Rodriguez signed their petition for the rematch.
Backstage, Cody Rhodes said this is the second time Brock Lesnar has attacked him from behind for no reason. The only reason he can think of is Brock knows he’s losing his main event spot to him and he proved it by beating Brock at Backlash. Cody accepted Brock’s challenge at Night of Champions
World Heavyweight Championship Tournament: Round 2
Finn Balor vs Seth Rollins
Balor kicked Rollins in the corner and then dropkicked him in the back of his neck. He gave Rollins another dropkick and went to the top rope rope to deliver the Coup de Grace. Rollins moved out of the way and gave Balor a one-armed pedigree for a near fall. Rollins went for a Curb Stomp, but Balor moved out of the way. Rollins got him with an inverted stomp and a Curb Stomp for the pin.
