WWE Raw Results: Women’s Tag Team Championship Celebration Turns Into Chaos

The show opened with Michael Cole and Wade Barrett on commentary. New WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky entered the ring to celebrate their victory over the Kabuki Warriors. Ripley declared that they have battled physically and mentally to put Asuka and Kairi Sane in their place. Sky added that they beat respect into their opponents and asserted that no one is ready for them.

Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez interrupted the celebration. Morgan congratulated the champions but claimed the titles rightfully belong to her, noting she is one-half of the greatest tag team champions of all time and never actually lost her title. She gave the champions a choice to hand them over the easy way or the hard way.

Bayley and Lyra Valkyria then joined the confrontation. Bayley argued that while Morgan might not have lost the title, her friend did. Bayley pointed out that she recently defeated Roxanne Perez, making her and Lyra the deserving contenders.

As the three teams argued, Asuka and Kairi Sane pulled Ripley and Sky out of the ring, sparking a brawl. The three challenging teams fought inside the ring until the champions recovered. Ripley and Sky re-entered the fray, clearing the ring with a Shotei from Sky, a suplex from Ripley, and a double dropkick to stand tall.

WWE Raw Results: AJ Styles Interview

Jackie Redmond interviewed AJ Styles regarding his upcoming match against Gunther and the personal nature of their rivalry. Styles explained that the issue is about respect—respect for the ring, the opponents, and those who paved the way. Styles noted that while he and John Cena didn’t always see eye-to-eye, they bonded over mutual respect. He condemned Gunther for disrespecting Cena and vowed to teach him a lesson. Styles promised to make Gunther tap out “like a little bitch.”

Je’Von Evans came out for the next match.

After the break, it was announced that there will be a Women’s Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders match with Liv/Roxanne vs. Bayley/Lyra vs. Kabuki Warriors later tonight.

WWE Raw Results: Je’Von Evans vs. Bravo Americano

In the opening contest, Je’Von Evans faced Bravo Americano. The match began with a deceptive show of sportsmanship, as Bravo offered a fist bump before immediately resorting to cheap shots. Evans used his agility to counter, connecting with a slingshot head scissors and a dropkick that sent Bravo to the floor.

The Americanos made their presence felt at ringside, with Rayo distracting the referee and “El Grande” (Ludwig Kaiser) delivering a cheap shot from the apron to give Bravo the advantage. Bravo controlled the middle portion of the match with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and a diving headbutt.

Evans mounted a comeback with a Superman punch and a plancha to the outside. Back in the ring, Evans landed a flying knee, but Bravo countered a rebound kick into a UFO. Evans recovered, scaling the turnbuckles to hit a Spanish Fly followed immediately by a double-jump cutter to secure the victory in his debut match.

Winner: Je’Von Evans

Post-Match:
The Americanos attempted to ambush Evans after the bell. They dragged him to the floor and prepared to put him through the announce table under Grande’s orders. Evans utilized his parkour skills to leap from the barricade, clearing the table and Grande, and escaped through the ring to safety.

Backstage Segment: Adam Pearce and Paul Heyman

Backstage, General Manager Adam Pearce was seen telling a referee that a situation would be “settled tonight.” Paul Heyman approached Pearce, initially not realizing who he was talking to. Pearce informed Heyman that, given the chaos of recent weeks, Bron Breakker is not welcome in the arena tonight and his presence will not be tolerated. Heyman replied that he would relay the message to Breakker if he shows up with bad intentions.

Moments later, World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk was shown walking through the backstage area, heading toward the gorilla position.

WWE Raw Results: Jey Uso Addresses the Crowd

Jey Uso kicked off the hour by engaging with the crowd, leading them in his signature arm-waving entrance. He kept his message brief, issuing a “warning shot” to the entire tag team division, reaffirming that The Usos are back on top.

WWE Raw Results: CM Punk and Finn Balor Face-Off

World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk made his way to the ring to address his status on the “Road to WrestleMania.” Punk declared that he never tires of the privilege of being champion and plans to hold the title forever. He acknowledged the unpredictability of the season, citing his friend Cody Rhodes as an example of how plans can change, but asserted that the road to WrestleMania goes through him. Having survived his battle with Bron Breakker, Punk stated it was time to move forward as a fighting champion, whether at the Royal Rumble or Elimination Chamber.

Finn Balor interrupted the champion. Balor stated he has no intention of waiting for the Rumble or the Chamber. He reminded Punk that Punk had previously listed him as a desired opponent, and he was here to accept.

Punk questioned Balor’s timing, asking where he has been for the last two months while Punk was at war. He accused Balor of being too busy playing video games, dealing with Judgment Day drama, and “shining Liv Morgan’s boots.” Punk questioned if a match against Balor would truly be one-on-one or if he would have to fight the entire Judgment Day. Despite this, Punk declared he was ready to fight tonight and moved to leave the ring to get his boots.

Balor stopped him, stating that he knows timing is everything. He refused to fight tonight. Instead, Balor invoked the “home field advantage” Punk enjoyed in Chicago. He challenged Punk to a match next week in Belfast, Northern Ireland, billing it as “Punk vs. The Prince,” and promised a new Irish World Champion.

Punk accepted the challenge. He apologized to the fans in attendance who wanted to see him compete tonight but vowed to apologize to the people of Belfast next week for putting their countryman to sleep with a GTS.

A video package aired hyping the AJ Styles vs. Gunther match.

WWE Raw Results: Number One Contender Match for Saturday Night’s Main Event

In a chaotic Triple Threat Tag Team match, The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane), Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez, and the team of Bayley and Lyra Valkyria clashed to determine the next challengers for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The match featured high-impact action from all three teams, highlighted by Kairi Sane delivering an Insane Elbow to the floor, wiping out the field. Later in the match, a massive “Tower of Doom” spot involving all competitors left bodies scattered across the ring.

The finish was marred by confusion when the referee missed a tag from Kairi Sane, nullifying a potential pinfall after the Kabuki Warriors hit their Reverse DDT/Elbow Drop combination. The chaos continued with Perez hitting Pop Rox on Bayley, only for Sane to break the cover. Sane threw Perez to the floor, but turned right into ObLIVion from Liv Morgan, who secured the three-count.

Winners: Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez

They aired the teaser for WWE Unreal, season 2.

WWE Raw Results: Becky Lynch and Maxxine Dupri Interviews

Becky Lynch Promo:
Becky Lynch addressed her upcoming title defense against Maxxine Dupri next week. Lynch expressed frustration that Dupri was granted an immediate rematch after only one week, highlighting how long she had to wait for her own opportunity. Despite this, Lynch vowed to turn “lemons into lemonade” and prove she is the greatest when Raw heads to her home country next week. She warned Dupri that her time in the spotlight is over.

Je’Von Evans Interview:
Byron Saxton interviewed Je’Von Evans in the aisle. Evans expressed his excitement about his first official night on Raw and his first trip to Europe. He promised the fans he would go above and beyond for them, closing with his catchphrase, “That boy is BOUNCY.”

Maxxine Dupri Interview:
Jackie Redmond interviewed Maxxine Dupri, accompanied by Otis and Akira Tozawa. Dupri refused to cry about her loss, stating she has proven she belongs and became champion through self-belief—something she encouraged Otis and Tozawa to emulate. She accused Lynch of cheating to win and vowed to lock in the ankle lock and break Lynch’s ankle in their rematch next week.

WWE Raw Results: Raquel Rodriguez Attacks Stephanie Vaquer Again

Michael Cole interviewed Raquel Rodriguez in the aisle, expressing shock at her attack on Stephanie Vaquer last week. Rodriguez defended her actions, stating she is done being the girl who smiles and waits for a chance that never comes. She scolded Cole for feeling sorry for Vaquer while ignoring how many times Rodriguez was “screwed over” in the past.

Stephanie Vaquer interrupted, limping out while security and officials attempted to hold her back. Vaquer declared that even with an injured ankle, she is still the champion and invited Rodriguez to fight. Rodriguez accepted the invitation, attacking Vaquer from behind and brutally striking her injured ankle with the title belt.

WWE Raw Results: Backstage Segment with Jey Uso & Alpha Academy

Jey Uso was on the phone with his brother Jimmy when he was approached by Otis and Akira Tozawa. Otis referenced Jey’s earlier “warning shot” to the division and formally requested a piece of the champions. Jey reminded them that he and Jimmy are “boys” with them, but warned that if they step in the ring, they are stepping in with the best tag team in the game. Jey agreed to talk to Jimmy to set the match up.

WWE Raw Results: Penta El Zero Miedo & Dragon Lee vs. The Vision (Austin Theory & Bronson Reed)

Penta El Zero Miedo and Dragon Lee took on Austin Theory and Bronson Reed. The match saw a clash of styles, with Penta and Lee utilizing high-flying lucha offense against the raw power of Reed and the technical ability of Theory. Reed dominated a portion of the match, dismantling Dragon Lee with a press slam onto the turnbuckle and a Samoan Drop assisted by a rolling dropkick from Theory.

The momentum shifted when Penta received the hot tag, cleaning house with clotheslines and a lungblower. The Lucha team eventually sent Reed and Theory to the floor with double superkicks. Dragon Lee executed a flip dive onto Theory and Logan Paul at ringside. However, as Lee landed, Bron Breakker sprinted down the aisle and speared him, causing an immediate disqualification.

Winners: Dragon Lee and Penta El Zero Miedo (via Disqualification)

Post-Match Chaos:
The violence continued after the bell. Breakker entered the ring and speared Penta. He then returned to the floor to inflict more damage, but General Manager Adam Pearce rushed out to stop him, shouting, “Not tonight!”

While Pearce was focused on Breakker, Bronson Reed climbed the turnbuckles and crushed Penta with a Tsunami. As Pearce turned to argue with Reed, Breakker seized the opportunity to spear Dragon Lee again.

A furious Pearce told Breakker he was “sick of this s***.” Breakker grabbed Pearce by the collar, ready to attack the General Manager. Members of The Vision (Logan Paul and Bronson Reed) pulled Breakker off Pearce. Paul Heyman begged Pearce for forgiveness, trying to de-escalate the situation, while Breakker defiantly told Pearce to “kiss his ass” as the show went to commercial.

Trainer’s Room:
Following the brutal assault by The Vision, Dragon Lee and Penta El Zero Miedo were shown receiving medical attention in the trainer’s room. Je’Von Evans entered the room to check on them, offering a pep talk and words of encouragement to the injured stars.

The Suspension of Bron Breakker:
General Manager Adam Pearce caught up with Bron Breakker in the hallway, telling him they were not done talking. Pearce scolded Breakker for his refusal to listen to authority and for physically grabbing the General Manager moments earlier. As a result, Pearce officially suspended Breakker indefinitely.

Breakker walked away without a word, leaving Paul Heyman to handle the situation. Heyman warned Pearce that he had just made a “big mistake.” When Pearce retorted that Breakker was the one who made the mistake, Heyman corrected him. He pointed out that Pearce put his hands on Breakker first during the altercation, implying that the suspension may not be as clear-cut as Pearce thinks.

WWE Raw Results: Announcements for Next Week

It was announced that next week’s episode of Raw (taking place in Belfast, Northern Ireland) will have a special start time of 3:00 PM Eastern. The card will feature:

  • World Heavyweight Championship: CM Punk (c) vs. Finn Bálor.
  • Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Maxxine Dupri.

WWE Raw Results: Gunther vs. AJ Styles

Before the match, Gunther was interviewed by Jackie Redmond. He called AJ Styles disrespectful for slapping him, noting that if he could make John Cena “tap like a bitch,” Styles should be worried about what will happen to him.

In the main event, AJ Styles utilized his speed and technical prowess to target Gunther’s leg early and often, hitting multiple dragon screw leg whips and kicks to the hamstring. Gunther countered with his signature power, delivering a back drop driver onto the apron and blistering chops that echoed through the arena.

The match intensified as Styles locked in the Calf Crusher multiple times. Gunther managed to reach the ropes to break the first attempt. Later, after trading slaps and strikes, Styles trapped Gunther in the center of the ring with the Calf Crusher again.

Suddenly, Styles released the hold, jumping up to celebrate as he believed Gunther had tapped out. However, the referee claimed he did not see a submission and ordered the match to continue. Amidst the confusion, Styles argued with the official and ring announcer Alicia Taylor. Seizing the moment of distraction, Gunther delivered a low blow to Styles, followed immediately by a Powerbomb to secure the three-count.

Winner: Gunther

Post-Match Details:
As Gunther exited up the ramp, a replay on the TitanTron revealed that Gunther did tap out but the referee was on the other side of the ring and he didn’t see it. Gunther watched the replay with a smirk as the show went off the air.
