In the ring, Jey Uso said I’m excited about CM Punk being here tonight and hopefully he will sign with RAW. I wish Sami Zayn well after Drew came after Sami. Drew came after me and Seth last week as well. Tonight, I will face him tonight in the ring. Drew McIntyre came out. He said Adam Pearce should let Punk go and let Nick Aldis have him because he will destroy this place from the inside out. I’m one of the few people who’ve traveled the world with him, so I know how that story ends. Maybe I have something to do with why Sami Zayn is at home right now, but I left him with one good leg.
Drew McIntyre vs Jey Uso
Jey came off the top rope, but McIntyre got his knees up. Jey kicked out of the Future Shock DDT. With the referee checking on Jey, McIntyre took the top turnbuckle pad off. McIntyre charged at Jey, but Jey hit him with a spear for a two-count. Drew thumbed Jey’s eye, gave him a Claymore Kick, and pinned him.

In a pre-taped interview, Shinsuke Nakamura told Cody Rhodes your weakness is that you strive for the admiration of others. I freed myself from that burden and now I’m in charge of my destiny. I will bring your story to an end.
In the back, Finn Balor told JD that Rhea and I were not here for one week and the wheels are falling off. Rhea told JD to shut up. R-Truth continues to break into our clubhouse. You and Dom lost last week and Dom lost the North American Championship. Priest said losing that championship sucks, but people not showing up for RAW sucks. Priest told Balor that we are going to handle The Creeds, Judgment Day style. Rhea told Priest that saying your the leader is a lot easier than being a leader. Priest started to yell at her, but Rhea said I’m not just talking to you. I’m talking to the family and I’m sick of the disrespect. It’s time that we remind people that we run RAW. I’m not going to have my division disrespect me, so tonight, I’m going to make an example of Maxxine Dupri.
In the back, Alpha Academy and The Creeds encouraged Maxxine Dupri. Ivy Nile told Maxxine that tonight she will be out there. R-Truth showed up with Christmas lights and said he is going to decorate the Judgment Day’s clubhouse. Chad Gable told Truth that Judgment Day is dangerous and he is not in the group. Truth said he is in the group and they are misunderstood.
Rhea Ripley vs Maxxine Dupri (w/ Ivy Nile)
Ripley gave Dupri a Riptide and put her in the Prism Trap for the submission victory. When she wouldn’t let go, Ivy Nile came in and had a staredown with Ripley.

A video package of Kayden Carter and Katana Chance aired with them saying they have their sites set on the Women’s Tag Team Championship.
In the ring, Adam Pearce brought out CM Punk. Punk said I debuted in this building with Mickie James and they sent me to OVW. I returned to this same building World Heavyweight Champion. I was ready to put on a show, but then Randy Orton kicked me in the head backstage. I woke up and they told me we stripped you of the title because you couldn’t compete. Ten years ago, I walked out in Cleveland. I went to SmackDown and listened to what Nick Aldis had to say and he put together a substantial offer. I went to NXT and got offered a great deal. Adam Pearce put together the best deal. To be honest, my mind was already made up when I looked at the calendar and saw Cleveland. I’m here to bury those ghosts. I’m here to right a few wrongs. My future starts now so I’m the newest RAW Superstar. Seth Rollins came out and had a staredown with Punk. Rollins told Punk don’t call this place your home. You abandoned this place ten years ago and you actively tried to tear it down. You spent ten years slandering the company and everybody in the locker room and now you want to come back and call this place your home? This is not your home. This is my home and I will do everything I can to protect it from people like you. I want to be perfectly clear that I hate you, but if you’re going to be a part of WWE again, then I want you on RAW because the truth always comes out. We know this is your last chance. Either you’re going to expose yourself, you’re going to self destruct like you always do, and I will be the first person to shut the door on your legacy, or if by some miracle you have changed and you got any gas left in your tank, maybe one day you will be lucky enough to stand across the ring from me in a championship match and then I will expose you for the fraud that you are. I will show you that there are levels to this. I will wrestle circles around you and let you know in real time what it means to be the best in the world. Punk said that’s your one pass to stand here and speak to me disrespectfully without me coming after you. I’ve never asked for anything to be handed to me and I’ve always done things stubbornly the hard way and I’m here to do that. I’m entering the Royal Rumble and when I win, maybe it’s you I’m coming after.
Bronson Reed vs Ivar (w/ Valhalla)
Reed and Ivar were fighting on the turnbuckles. Reed gave Ivar a superplex and pinned him.

Backstage, CM Punk bumped into Judgment Day and asked where Rhea was. Priest told Punk I hope you’re the guy to finish the story around here because I’ll be waiting (as he held up his Money in the Bank briefcase)
Judgment Day were in the ring and said they are putting everybody on notice that they run this place. R-Truth came out and said he went to decorate the clubhouse, but there was a lock on the front and back door and now you’re throwing a holiday party and I’m not invited. McDonagh said this isn’t a holiday party, and if it was, you wouldn’t be invited. Priest told Truth to come in the ring so he can hear what he has to say. Priest said I think we need to kick JD out and told Priest you have to stop calling yourself the boss. I think you’re a great boss, but it makes Mami mad. Priest said everybody likes R-Truth except me. Priest clotheslined Truth and they attacked Truth. The Creed Brothers came in and had a brawl with Judgment Day.
In the back, CM Punk came face to face with Drew McIntyre. McIntyre told Punk I don’t care about Cody’s story. I care about finishing my story. Adam Pearce told Punk that Drew McIntyre is getting a shot at Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship on the Day 1 edition of Monday Night RAW. Kofi Kingston, Chad Gable, and Ricochet showed up. Punk and Kingston hugged. He shook Chad Gables and Ricochet’s hand. They told Punk they are glad he’s here.
Kayden Carter & Katana Chance vs Candace LeRae & Indi Hartwell
Chelsea Green and Piper Niven were on commentary. Hartwell gave Carter a spinebuster. Hartwell tried to drop LeRae onto Carter, but Carter got her knees up. Chance and Carter hit the After Party on LeRae and pinned her.

Backstage, DIY said they have a mystery partner to face Imperium.
In the ring, Becky Lynch said me and Nia Jax are linked together because of the punch she threw that broke my nose. For the last five years we have been missing each other. I went on to main-event WrestleMania. She went on to get knee surgery. I had a child. She got fired. Now it’s 2023 and we’re both here. Nia Jax came to the ring. Nia said I’m not fired anymore. I’m right here in front of you better than ever. That punch was a lucky swing that almost ended your career. It was a lucky swing and I didn’t even get all of it. Imagine if you’re right in front of me and I punch you with my full force. You wouldn’t even get up. The career I nearly ended, you have me to thank for yours. Becky said this is what I hold against you. This is the narrative that I have to change. If it was only about a broken face, these people would have moved on as soon as the blood dried. It’s about what the man represented getting back up. I need to end that lie and I need to end you. Nia said you need me. You need to prove to everybody that you’re not just about that one moment and you need to prove to yourself that your career wasn’t just an accident after I broke your face, otherwise, I will always be the woman that made the man. Becky said I came here looking for a fight and dared her to punch her. Nia said you need this a lot more than I do, and left the ring.
Cody Rhodes was asked his thoughts on CM Punk signing with RAW. Cody said good on Adam Pearce for getting it done. Happy for the fans, happy for USA, happy for the fans, but the Royal Rumble is right around the corner. We can’t finish two stories at once and Punk and I are aware of that, but tonight I have Shinsuke Nakamura in the ring.
Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, & Giovanni Vinci) vs DIY (Johnny Gargano, Tomasso Ciampa) & the Miz
Miz got Gunther in the Figure-4 Leg Lock. Gunther slid over and made the tag to Vinci. Miz gave Vinci the Skull Crushing Finale and pinned him.

In the back, The Miz told Gunther I want an Intercontinental Championship match. Gunther said I will give you another match but if I win, you can never challenge for the title again as long as I’m the champion. The Miz agreed to the stipulation
Cody Rhodes vs Shinsuke Nakamura
Cody hit Nakamura with the Bionic Elbow and a Cody Cutter. Cody escaped the Cross Rhodes and blew the mist in Cody’s face for the DQ. After the match, Nakamura gave Cody the Kinshasa. Nakamura grabbed a chair, but the Creed Brothers came in the ring before he could use it. As Cody was being helped out of the ring, Nakamura returned and hit Cody with another Kinshasa.
