Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria vs. Becky Lynch took place at the WWE Money in the Bank Premium Live Event from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday night.
Lynch got the early jump on Lyra and beat her down. Lyra battled back with right hands before hitting a swinging neck breaker. Lynch caught a kick and hit a DDT for 2. Lyra fought back with a series of suplexes. Lynch reversed a move and put her in an armbar. Lyra got out of it with a roll up before putting her in a single leg crab. Lyra with a dive off the apron. Lynch with a man handle slam off the middle rope for 2. Lyra hit the night wing on the floor. They traded roll ups with Lynch edging her out by grabbing the tights and getting the win.
Winner: Becky Lynch
Post-match, Lynch demanded that Lyra raise her hand as per the stipulation. Lynch kept pushing the situation and Lyra laid her out.
