It turns out that WWE will be holding its next pay-per-view event from a different location.
WWE was expected to hold the Money in the Bank pay-per-view event from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore.
However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, WWE was forced to move the show. The belief was that the company would move the show to its training facility, Performance Center, in Orlando, Florida.
The reason for that is due to WWE airing its weekly television shows and both nights of WrestleMania 36 from there.
WrestleVotes sent out a message on Friday afternoon that states WWE is looking at a different location to hold Money in the Bank. As of this writing, there’s no word yet on where the show will be held but it won’t be in Baltimore or the Performance Center on May 10th.
“The Money In The Bank PPV will take place as scheduled on Sunday May 10. Source states it won’t take place at the PC however. Still working on location confirmation. Obviously no fans in attendance regardless of the location.”
WWE has only confirmed two matches for the show, which will be the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder bouts. The card has already been decided upon, according to a new report. To check out the planned matches for the show, click here.
