WWE has announced that the Smackdown Tag Team Championship match will not take place on the main card.
According to the official listing on WWE.com, The New Day will defend their titles against Rusev Day (Rusev and Aiden English) on the Kickoff show. Rusev Day became the number 1 contenders after defeating The Bar on Tuesday night.

Hell in a Cell will take place at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. The Kickoff show will start at 6 pm eastern and the main card will start at 7 pm eastern.
