Night of Champions 2025:
King of the Ring tournament final: Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes
Cody went for the Cody Cutter but Orton caught him with an RKO. Orton went for the pin, but Cody kicked out at two. Orton went outside to grab a chair. After the referee pulled the chair out of Orton’s hands, Orton untied the top turnbuckle. Orton tried to throw Cody into the exposed turnbuckle, but Cody reversed it and threw Orton into it, hit him with the Cross Rhodes and pinned him.
Winner and King of the Ring: Cody Rhodes
After the match, Cody Rhodes said he wants to thank Randy Orton who is the guy who mentored him. At SummerSlam, he will beat either John Cena or CM Punk and he will get his title back.
Street Fight: Rhea Ripley vs Raquel Rodriguez
Roxanne Perez made an early appearance in the match to back up Raquel Rodriguez. She landed some solid hits on Rhea Ripley before Ripley trapped Roxanne in a garbage can and delivered a crushing kick to take her out of the equation. Later in the match, a table was positioned atop the turnbuckle. Ripley and Raquel battled on the platform until Ripley hit a devastating Riptide off the top, securing the pinfall victory.
Winner: Rhea Ripley
Sami Zayn vs Karrion Kross (w/ Scarlett)
Kross caught Zayn in the Cross Jacket. After almost passing out, Zayn made it to the ropes. Kross hit two running lariats on Zayn who was standing against the turnbuckles. Kross attempted a third one, but Zayn caught him with a Helluva kick and pinned him.
Winner: Sami Zayn
WWE United States Championship: Jacob Fatu vs Solo Sikoa
JC Mateo jumped onto the ring apron, drawing the referee’s attention as he tried to remove him from ringside. Taking advantage of the distraction, Tonga Loa made a surprise return on the opposite side and delivered a swinging neckbreaker to Jacob. Solo quickly went for the cover, but Jacob kicked out at two.
Solo attempted the Samoan Spike, but Jacob dodged and countered with a sharp kick to the face. He then launched himself over the top rope, crashing onto Mateo and Loa outside the ring. Fired up, Jacob rolled back in and nailed Solo with a powerful Samoan Drop.
Mateo entered the ring again, only to be met by a superkick and a crushing hip attack in the corner from Jacob. As the referee moved to eject Mateo, Hikuleo emerged, yanked Jacob out of the ring, and chokeslammed him through the announce table. Dragging Jacob back inside, Solo seized the moment and hit the Samoan Spike, scoring the pinfall victory and the title.
Winner and new United States Champion: Solo Sikoa
Queen of the Ring tournament final: Asuka vs Jade Cargill
Asuka blocked the Jaded and caught Jade in the Asuka lock. Jade escaped the hold, but got hit by a series of kicks by Asuka. Jade blocked the Empress Impact, hit her with the Jaded, and pinned her. After the match, Jade said a storm is coming at SummerSlam
Winner and Queen of the Ring: Jade Cargill
Undisputed WWE Championship Match: John Cena (champion) vs CM Punk
Cena grabbed the WWE Championship but held back from using it on Punk. Punk landed a GTS, but Cena kicked out. When Punk ducked a flying shoulder tackle, Cena crashed into the referee, knocking him out.
With no referee in sight, Punk hit another GTS. That’s when Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman stormed down the ramp. Rollins, holding his Money in the Bank briefcase, sent Breakker and Reed to dismantle Punk. They chokeslammed him through the announce table.
Rollins called for a referee to cash in, but Cena ambushed the official before he could reach the ring. Inside, Cena and Rollins clashed. Rollins swung with the briefcase—Cena ducked and hit him with an Attitude Adjustment. Breakker and Rollins regrouped and overwhelmed Cena.
Suddenly, Penta appeared on the ramp. Breakker intercepted him, suplexing him on the steel. Sami Zayn then rushed in, attacking Breakker. Penta recovered and launched himself onto both men.
Back in the ring, Reed climbed the turnbuckle to crush Cena with a Tsunami, but Punk revived just in time, pushing him off. Punk followed with an Attitude Adjustment of his own on Reed.
Punk offered his hand to Cena. Cena shook it, pulled him in for a hug, and tried to sneak in a kick. Punk caught the leg and hoisted Cena for the GTS, but Rollins smashed Punk with the briefcase and hit a Curb Stomp. Cena threw Rollins out, dove on Punk, and scored the pinfall as the referee regained consciousness.
Winner and still Undisputed WWE Champion: John Cena
