Sami Zayn vs. Karrion Kross took place at the WWE Night of Champions Premium Live Event from the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Sami went right after Kross with right hands then clotheslined him to the floor. Back in the ring, Kross fought back and beat down Zayn in the ring. Kross went for a right hand, but Zayn avoided it and hit the blue thunder bomb for 2. Zayn went for a big boot, but Kross caught him with a sleeper. Zayn got out of it. Kross was talking trash and that allowed Zayn to hit the big boot for the win.
Winner: Sami Zayn
