Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther vs. Sami Zayn took place at the WWE Night Of Champions Premium Live Event from the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
It was an all out brawl to start things off. Cody and Sami mixed it up after getting rid of Gunther. Cody with a brain buster to Sami for 2 as Gunther broke it up. Gunther with a powerbomb to both of them. Sami with a sunset flip powerbomb for 2. Sami with a big boot to Gunther, but only got 2 as Cody pulled the referee out of the ring. Cody with a back drop to Sami through an announce table. Gunther attacked Cody and put him in a sleeper, but Cody got out of it. Gunther put him right back into the sleeper and Cody went out. As the referee raised Cody’s hand, Sami stopped Cody’s arm from falling. Sami with an exploder in the corner then hit Gunther with the big boot for 2. Gunther with a big shot to Sami then out of nowhere, Cody hit a super cutter to Gunther. Cody went for a cross rhodes to Sami, who reversed it and hit it. Sami went for the big boot, but Gunther got involved. Cody hit a double cross rhodes to both guys. Sami with a roll through out of a reversal to Cody’s crossrhodes and pinned Cody.
Winner: Sami Zayn!
