Kickoff Match
Apollo Crews vs. Elias

Elias did his usual heel mic work and then started to sing a song before he was interrupted by Crews theme song. Elias got the win with the Drift Away finisher. They showed Titus O’Neil looking upset at ringside. Elias stomped on Crews after the match and then bailed with O’Neil ran into the ring.

Intercontinental Championship
The Miz vs. Jason Jordan

The IC title match kicked off the show. Jordan almost had the match won but The Miztourage got involved. Jordan had a rollup on Miz but Axel cheap shotted him when the referee was distracted and that allowed Miz to hit the Skull Crushing Finale. Renee Young interviewed Jordan after the match. Jordan says that he wants a rematch and said that fans lovingly chant “you suck” at Kurt Angle but “Miz you really do suck.” The fans booed Jordan during the post-match interview. He has to turn heel soon because it’s not working out for him as a babyface.

Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt

Wyatt got the upper hand before the match by attacking Balor in the ring during his entrance. The announcers questioned whether Balor could continue because he was holding his ribs. As the referees walked Balor up the rampway, Wyatt grabbed the mic and yelled at Balor to “run away little coward, please run away.” Wyatt continued to call him a coward and that was enough for Balor to take off his jacket and run into the ring and the match officially began. They had a great match and Balor got the clean pin after hitting the Coup de Gras.

Raw Tag Team Championship
Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose vs. Sheamus and Cesaro

Great match but unfortunately for Cesaro, he lost some teeth when Ambrose slingshotted him into one of the corners of the ring. Cesaro’s mouth hit the top of the ring post and he was bleeding immediately and a close-up shot of his face showed that he lost some of his front teeth. The referee put on latex gloves and checked on him but he continued with the match. Later, they did a really cool spot with Cesaro execute a combination of White Noise from Sheamus on Ambrose and then Cesaro hitting a powerbomb on Rollins and dropping him on Ambrose. Fans thought that this was the end of the match but Ambrose was able to kick out. Ambrose and Rollins retained when Sheamus took a knee to the face from Rollins and then Dirty Deeds from Rollins. Awesome match. Click here to see photos of Cesaro without his teeth.

Raw Women’s Championship – Fatal 5-Way
Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley vs. Nia Jax

This was a chaotic but short match, compared to the previous matches. After everyone was knocked out of the ring, Bliss took advantage and hit Bayley with the DDT to get the win. Bliss retains as they showed fans looking shocked. Bliss was interviewed after the match on the rampway.

John Cena vs. Roman Reigns

I guess they wanted a buffer match because this took place before the Cruiserweight title match. Reigns got in most of the offense during the first few minutes of the match. This match was filled with tons of false finishes with both guys kicking out of each other’s moves but it was clear that the goal here was to make Reigns look stronger since he is the guy they are banking on to be the face of the company for the next several years. In the end, it was Reigns winning with the superman punch and spear. Cena held Reigns’ hand up in the air after the match. Reigns left and Cena was still in the ring soaking up the cheers and applause. Click here for more details on what happened during this match.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Neville vs. Enzo Amore

Corey Graves reminded the fans at home that Enzo had no right to be in this match and he would get destroyed by Neville. The whole story of this match (and feud) was that Neville was not taking Enzo seriously. Neville’s overconfidence because he came close to losing the match after missing a Phoenix splash. A few minutes later, Enzo almost got counted out and while he was outside of the ring, he held up the Cruiserweight title and that caused Neville to get upset and break up the count. Enzo brought the title in the ring but the ref took it away. While the ref was not looking, Enzo hit Neville with a low blow to win the title.

WWE Universal Championship
Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman

The match consisted of what many people expected. There were suplexes, guys kicking each out of each others finishers, etc. But it was Lesnar who got the win by hitting an F5 on Strowman. Click here for more details on what happened during this match.
