WWE NXT 8/10/21 ratings rebound for USA Network return

The live viewership numbers for WWE NXT are in and a turnaround.

NXT drew 751,000 live viewers, which is up the 520,000 viewers the show previously drew a week ago, according to Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics. The show two weeks ago set an all-new 2021 low.

It did a 0.19 rating for the 18-49 demographic. The show did a 0.10 rating one week ago, which marked the lowest 18-49 demo the show had done in history.

NXT was moved from the USA Network to Syfy over the past two weeks due to the USA Network’s coverage of the Olympics. As expected, when NXT returned to its normal network, ratings increased.

The episode featured Dakota Kai vs. Sarray, LA Knight vs. Andre Chase, Odyssey Jones vs. Trey Baxter, Boa vs. Drake Maverick, Ilja Dragunov vs. Pete Dunne, a face-to-face segment with Kyle O’Reilly and Adam Cole, more NXT TakeOver 36 build, and more.
