WWE NXT (8/19/20) sees big viewership increase without AEW Dynamite competition

The live viewership numbers for WWE NXT is in.

The show up in total viewers and in the 18-49 demographic from last week. NXT drew 853,000 live viewers, which is up from last week’s 619,000. This was the most-watched episode of NXT this year.

NXT ranked #23 among the top 150 shows on cable, which was up from #65 from last week. It also did a 0.24 in the 18-49 demographic and that was also up from last week’s 0.16

This marked the first time this year that NXT didn’t have competition from AEW Dynamite. The rival show was moved to this Saturday on TNT due to the NBA Playoffs. However, NXT faces its own preemption next month.

Viewers 18-49 – NXT: 0.24
Female viewers 18-49 – NXT: 0.16
Male viewers 18-49 – NXT: 0.32
Viewers 18-34 – NXT: 0.09
Female viewers 12-34 – NXT: 0.05
Male viewers 12-34 – NXT: 0.14
Viewers 25-54 – NXT: 0.30
Viewers 50+ – NXT: 0.42
