WWE NXT continues to make waves on The CW Network, with Tuesday night’s episode drawing its highest viewership since October and solidifying its position as the top show on the network. The show attracted an average of 812,000 viewers, marking a 4.2 percent increase from last week and representing the third-largest audience for NXT since its move to The CW.
NXT also saw a significant jump in the crucial 18-49 demographic, securing a 0.22 rating. This represents a substantial 29.4 percent surge compared to the previous week and mirrors the show’s success in viewership, delivering its best rating since October and the third highest on The CW to date. Notably, NXT managed to outperform NBC in the coveted demographic during the final 90 minutes of its broadcast, although it trailed behind the other three major networks.
The show faced stiff competition on Tuesday, going head-to-head with an NBA game on TNT, which drew a 0.23 rating in the 18-49 demographic, and TGL Golf on ESPN, which matched NXT’s 0.22 rating.
Compared to the same week in 2024, when NXT was still airing on the USA Network, the show’s overall viewership has exploded by 26.5 percent. Its 18-49 rating has also seen a healthy boost, climbing 15.8 percent. These year-over-year gains highlight the success of NXT’s transition to The CW and suggest a bright future for the brand on its new broadcast home.
