WWE NXT feud officially ends, number 1 contenders match set for next week
This week’s episode of WWE NXT was headlined by NXT Champion Karrion Kross defending against Finn Balor.
Kross retained the title after forcing Balor to pass out from a chokehold. Before that, Balor took a clubbing blow to the back of the head.
Kross will now move on to his next feud. General Manager William Regal announced that on next week’s show there will be a Triple Threat Match featuring Kyle O’Reilly vs. Pete Dunne vs. Johnny Gargano. The winner of that match will challenge Kross for the title at NXT TakeOver: In Your House.
Tonight’s main event marks the end of the Balor vs. Kross feud.
