NXT Women’s North American Champion Kelani Jordan vs. Wendy Choo was booked at this year’s WWE NXT No Mercy Premium Live Event in Denver, Colorado at Ball Arena. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Jordan brought the fight to her in the early going. She hit a front senton to the floor. Choo worked her over and tried to get some heat, although the fans were not reacting to much. Jordan made a comeback with a crossbody slash. Choo with some near falls before Jordan cut her off. Jordan tried to go to the top rope, but Choo cut her off. Jordan pushed her off and Choo locked in the clutch. Jordan did the power up spot. Jordan with a splash off the top rope then the split legged moonsault for the win.
