Dragunov caught Williams in a belly to back suplex followed by the Torpedo Moscow for the win. Dragunov and Williams stared at each other after the match. Winner: Ilja Dragunov

Jinder Mahal said he could have confronted Bron Breakker on his first night back, but he waited as timing is everything. The boos of the crowd are getting heavier for Breakker and his energy is getting weaker. He’s made a career out of shocking title victories and tonight will be no exception.

Backstage, Fallon Henley left a voicemail apologizing to Brooks Jenson for messing up his date with Kiana James last week. Josh Briggs told Henley that Jenson will need time. He told her it was his big night and it was her tag partner’s big night. Henley said she will apologize to Kiana in person.

Earlier today, Meiko Satomura was conducting a training class. Roxanne Perez showed up and asked Meiko if she could join her class. Meiko said yes. Women were dropping out as the training escalated. Perez was the last woman standing. Perez was ready to leave when Meiko said this was just the warm up and now the training begins. This segment will be continued.

In the ring, Tyler Bate said we are about to embark on a mystical journey together. Joe Gacy said he believes they are both kindred spirits. Bate didn’t agree. Gacy, Ava, Jagger Reid, and Rip Fowler got in the ring and told him he is all alone. This brought out Chase U as they went to the break.

Chase U (Andre Chase & Duke Hudson) (with Thea Hail) vs The Dyad (Jagger Reid & Rip Fowler) (with Joe Gacy & Ava)

Ava started to make her way over to Hail. Duke Hudson got in front of Hail to protect her. Meanwhile, Hudson waived Chase to get back in the ring. The Dyad gave Hudson a double code breaker. Hudson told Chase that he needs to let Hail grow up and asked him if he’s running a university or a charity as Hail said it was all her fault. Winners: The Dyad

Earlier today, Mr. Stone asked Von Wagner if he made his decision yet on who he is. Tony D’Angelo and Stacks showed up. Tony asked Wagner for a match. Stone told him to say no, and Wagner told Tony that he respectfully declined. After Tony and Stacks told him that Stone must be his daddy, Wagner was angered by this and accepted the match.

Backstage, Drew Gulak said he didn’t come to NXT to hand out participation trophies. In order to succeed, you need to snap limbs and that describes Charlie Dempsey, not Hank Walker.

A vignette aired with Sol Ruka. Everyday she tries something new. At the beginning, she is not good at it, but she keeps at it until she is good at it. It’s the same with wrestling and one day she will beat Zoey Stark

Indi Hartwell vs Jacy Jayne

Jacy was beating up Hartwell in the corner when Gigi Dolin ran in and attacked Jayne. Gigi threw Jacy into the barricades and they brawled to the back

From earlier today, more footage of Perez training with Satomura. Perez thanked her for letting her train with her, but said they are wrestling in two weeks. Satomura said we don’t talk, we train. Perez said okay and they continued their training. They finished training and Satomura told Perez it came from here (pointing to her heart), not here (pointing to her arm), and she will see her in two weeks.

Backstage, Zoey Stark said she beat Sol Ruka and she is done with her. She then asked why Satomura is getting a title match. She asked if it was because Perez is such a fan girl that she bought her a flight from Japan. Stark said that is her match and she is tired of everyone in the locker room kissing Satomura’s ass to earn her respect. If Satomura steps in the ring with her, she is going to show her who the real final boss is.

Non Title Match: NXT Tag Team Champions Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) vs Edris Enofe & Malik Blade

Coffey hit a lariat on Blade. Coffey and Wolfgang double teamed him with a powerslam and pinned him. Winners: Gallus

After the match, two guys came out on behalf of Pretty Deadly with a cake to celebrate their 2-year anniversary losing the NXT UK Tag Team Championships to Pretty Deadly. Gallus attacked them before  Pretty Deadly hit them from behind with chair shots and threw them into the rings steps.

A vignette aired of Dabba-Kato. He said he helped Apollo Crews in every big moment he had and promised to hurt him for coming back to NXT without him.

Tony D’Angelo (with Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo) vs Von Wagner (with Mr. Stone)

Wagner whipped D’Angelo into the turnbuckles twice. D’Angelo moved on the third try. He clotheslined Wagner and gave him a belly to belly suplex and a spinebuster. He followed it with a side slam for the pin. Winner: Tony D’Angelo. Outside the ring, Mr. Stone asked Wagner why he took the match. Inside the ring, D’Angelo said Stacks has his back. He said he and Dijak need to fight one more time at Roadblock in a Jailhouse Street Fight.

Backstage, Nikita Lyons said she had successful surgery. The doctors told her she will be back in 11-12 months, but her goal is to be back in the ring before a year. She wishes she could say who attacked her, but she was attacked from behind. Tiffany Stratton showed up and asked Lyons why anyone is talking about her when they could be talking about the center of the universe.

Backstage, Tatum Paxley wished Ivy Nile good luck in her match. Ivy asked why she is not coming out with her and then asked if Isla Dawn was getting to her. Paxley hinted that was the case and Ivy told her she just wants to put that in her head.

Backstage, Carmelo Hayes told Trick Williams he is proud of him. Hayes said he is staying to see the main event between Bron Breakker and Jinder Mahal. Tyler Bate interrupted. Hayes told him he’s glad his journey has nothing to do with the NXT title because that is his.

Ivy Nile (with Tatum Paxley) vs Alba Fyre (with Isla Dawn)

Nile caught Fyre in a dragon sleeper. Fyre pushed herself backwards causing Nile to crash into Paxley who was up on the ring apron. Fyre caught Nile with a superkick and the Alba bomb for the pin. Winner: Alba Fyre

Backstage, Henley apologized to James but said she could have told her that it was her brother she was talking to. James said she didn’t tell her because she wanted her to trust her. James accepted her apology and said it’s a human emotion for her to be jealous. James said she is not jealous and is happy for her and Brooks. James said she believes her if she believes she has Brook’s best interest at heart. They shook hands.

Backstage, Wes Lee said next week he is going to have another open challenge.

NXT Championship Match: Bron Breakker (champion) vs Jinder Mahal (with Veer Mahaan and Sanga)

Breakker hit a Frankensteiner off the top turnbuckle on Mahal followed by a suplex. Breakker came off the top rope, but was met with a kick. Mahal went for the Cobra Clutch slam, but Breakker slipped out of it and hit Mahal with a spear for the pin. Winner: Bron Breakker

Grayson Waller was in the production truck. He said he took a page out of the DX book by being back in the production truck. He claimed to be the new showstopper and said if Michaels is Mr. WrestleMania, then he’s Mr. Stand and Deliver. He will not be held back and challenged Shawn Michaels to appear on a special edition of The Grayson Waller Effect at Roadblock.
