NXT North American Championship Match:
Wes Lee (champion) (w/ Tyler Bate) vs Drew Gulak (w/ Charlie Dempsey)
Charlie Dempsey interfered in the match by pulling Lee out of the ring. Bate threw an upper forearm smash on Dempsey. Lee hit an Enziguri on Gulak and pinned him to retain his championship.
===Winner: Wes Lee
Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn said they will defeat Kayden Carter and Katana Chance and take the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship to SmackDown.
In the ring, Trick Williams said last week Bron Breakker put Carmelo Hayes in the hospital. He said he went to the same high school as Williams and that’s when they became friends. Bron Breakker came out and told Williams he would accept Hayes’ challenge at Battleground. Williams challenged Breakker tonight. Breakker said he will fight him next week.
Backstage, Noam Dar told JD McDonagh that tonight he wants McDonagh to break Dragon Lee’s kneecap so he stays away from his Heritage Cup. McDonagh told Dar he only cares about his Heritage Cup and that’s why he didn’t get a shot at it. He told Dar to stay away from him, and if he doesn’t, he will take the Heritage Cup to Monday Night RAW.
Gigi Dolin vs Jacy Jayne
Dolin’s brother was sitting in the front row. Dolin and Jayne fought outside the ring. Dolin threw Jayne into the ringside steps and kicked her head against it several times. Jayne was bleeding from her forehead. Jayne hit a spinning kick to Dolin and pinned her.

After the match, Jayne threw Dolin into the ringside steps. The referees came down to break it up.
Axiom vs SCRYPTS
Axiom hit a knee to the jaw of SCRYPTS for a near fall. SCRYPTS came off the top rope, but Axiom caught him with a kick to the jaw. Axiom hit the Golden Ratio on SCRYPTS and pinned him
===Winner: Axiom
After the match, Axiom offered his hand to SCRYPTS, but SCRYPTS hit him. Axiom pulled SCRYPTS mask off and superkicked him.
Earlier today, Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen were in Fallon Henley’s bar. Jensen apologized to the two of them. Henley told him he doesn’t have to keep apologizing. Jensen said he did learn something about business from Kiana James. The land the bar is on is worth a lot of money.
Dragon Lee vs JD McDonagh
Noam Dar came to ringside holding his Heritage Cup. Dragon Lee hit the Canadian Destroyer on McDonagh. McDonagh rolled out of the ring and Lee went after him. He threw McDonagh back into the ring. Dar took a swing at Lee and missed. Lee superkicked Dar. Lee got back in the ring and was met by a headbut by McDonagh. McDonagh hit the Devil Inside Suplex and pinned him.
===Winner: JD McDonagh
After the match, Lee dove through the ropes and attacked Dar.
Backstage, Kayden Carter and Katana Chance said they will defeat Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn tonight
Backstage, Joe Gacy said he will defeat Joe Coffey for The Schism. The Dyad said if he defeats Coffey, then they will defeat Gallus for the NXT Tag Team Championship. Ava told Gacy to do this for them and then do something for himself.
Joe Gacy (w/ Jagger Reid, Rip Fowler, and Ava) vs Joe Coffey (w/ Mike Coffey & Wolfgang)
Joe Coffey hit Gacy with a spinning clothesline. He went for the cover, but Fowler put Gacy’s foot on the rope. Gallus and The Dyad fought with each other outside the ring. Mike Coffey threw Reid in the ring. Joe Coffey gave Reid a clothesline. Ava got in the ring behind the ref’s back. She fell to the mat and held her head. The referee turned around and thought Joe Coffey hit her. Gacy hit Coffey with a clothesline and pinned him.

Backstage, we saw Ivy Nile with the Brutus and Julius Creed. Nile said she is sick of Ava always interfering in matches.
Earlier today, Damon Kemp tossed his water bottle to Eddie Thorpe and told him to throw it away. Dennis told him he can take him on. Kemp called him a young boy and said don’t let him put and end to the hype before it even starts.
Dani Palmer vs Tatum Paxley
Paxley went for a splash and missed. Palmer hit two flying elbows on Paxley followed by a neckbreaker. Paxley went to the top rope and came off with a frog splash and pinned her.

In a Chase U segment, Andre Chase couldn’t make it, so Duke Hudson took over the class and said there will be no more pop quizzes at Chase U.
Backstage, Von Wagner and Mr. Stone were looking over a photo album filled with pictures of Wagner’s dad, Wayne Bloom, when he was in WWE, including when he was at SummerSlam ’92 at Wembley Stadium. They came across a picture of Wagner as a small child and he had stitches in his head. Wagner didn’t want to talk about it.
NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship Match:
Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn (champions) vs Kayden Carter & Katana Chance.
Carter & Chance combined to give Fyre a Spanish Fly off the top rope, but Fyre kicked out at two. Carter made the tag to Chance. Carter held Fyre while Chance went to the top rope. Chance saw Dawn coming at them, so Chance dove on Dawn. Fyre threw Carter face-first into the middle turnbuckle. Chance went for a hurricanrana on Fyre, but Fyre caught her and swung her into Carter and they banged heads. Dawn tagged in and they planted Chance face first in the mat. Dawn pinned Chance to retain their championship.
Winners: Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn
Backstage, Dijak gloated at the fact that he attacked Ilja Dragunov last week. He said next week, he will break him.
In the parking lot, Trick Williams congratulated Apollo Crews for being drafted to RAW. Crews said he believes in Williams.
In the ring, Indi Hartwell said when she suffered her high ankle sprain, came back out to finish the match because she didn’t want her title reign to end on the medical table, and then she got drafted to RAW. Hartwell said starting next week, a tournament will be held for the NXT Women’s Championship culminating at Battleground. She said she lives by the motto, ‘Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.’ She placed the title on the mat. She went to leave the ring and Dexter Hartwell helped her out and carried her to the back. Tiffany Stratton went to pick up the belt, but Cora Jade stopped her. They tugged on it until all the women in NXT came out and had a brawl.
