Fatal Influence – The Culling confrontation:

The Culling came to the ring. Tatum Paxley said she is on her way to her first PLE at Halloween Havoc. She said Izzi Dame was the only person who has had her back and she will bring the NXT Championship to the Culling. 

Fatal Influence came out. Jacy Jayne told Tatum that she doesn’t stand a chance against her and should have had Izzi win the Battle Royal because she would have had a chance to win the title. Tatum said Jacy is trying to divide her and Izzi by saying that. Izzi said the Culling will always accept Tatum. Fatal Influence attacked Izzi and Tatum before Fatal Influence retreated.

Backstage:

Stacks asked Arianna Grace to accompany him to the ring tonight. She said, “Anything for you Channing.” He said to call him Stacks at work.

TNA X-Division Championship: Leon Slater (Champion) (w/ Je’Von Evans) vs Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo (w/ Arianna Grace)

Grande got on the ring apron. Slater hit the ropes with a springboard which knocked Grande off the ring apron and into the arms of Evans. Stacks saw her in Evans’ arms and went outside the ring to confront him, but he was behind her. Slater went out of the ring and Evans slammed him face first into the announce table. Stacks threw Slater back in the ring and followed him in. He charged after Slater but was met with a boot to the face. Slater threw Stacks over the top rope and dove over the turnbuckle onto him. He threw Stacks back in the ring, hit him with a swanton off the top rope, and pinned him to retain the championship. 

Winner and still TNA X-Division Champion: Leon Slater

After the match, Slater and Evans agreed to be a tag team at Halloween Havoc and challenged anybody from any company. Mr. Iguana and La Parka came out. They said they spoke to Ava and they will face them at Halloween Havoc.

WWE Speed Tournament Match: Zachary Wentz vs Jasper Troy

Wentz hit a Swanton on Troy for a two-count. Troy hit the Black Hole Slam on Wentz and pinned him.

Winner: Jasper Troy

Backstage:

Kelani Jordan couldn’t get in the locker room. Lola Vice opened the door on the other side and said, “Sorry, but you chose TNA”, as they threw her gear on the floor. Jordynne Grace tried to stick up for her but Jordan said she didn’t need to come to her defense. Grace said she used to be in her position. Kelani told her she’s jealous of her because she has something she once held.

Pre-taped skit:

Dark State said they will regain the NXT Tag Team Championship at Halloween Havoc. The Hardys appeared on the screen from the Hardy Compound. They went into the Lake of Reincarnation and came back up in their “Broken” characters. They said they will face Dark State in a Broken Rules Match.

Sol Ruca injured, Zaria will defend the title for her at Halloween Havoc

With Ava in the ring, Sol Ruca came to the ring with a cane and a knee brace with Zaria. Ruka announced that she got injured in her tag team match against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss on SmackDown. She said she is not cleared to defend her North American Championship against Blake Monroe at Halloween Havoc.

Blake Monroe came out. She said since Ruca can’t defend her championship and doesn’t know when she will be cleared, then she should be the champion. Zaria told Monroe she doesn’t deserve the championship. Ruca told Zaria that Monroe is right because she doesn’t know when she’s going to be cleared.

Zaria said she will defend the title for her against Monroe at Halloween Havoc. After Ava thought it over, she said it’s a good idea, but it’s up to Ruca. Ruca said she fought so hard to win the title, but she trusts Zaria. Ava made it official. Monroe argued with Ava until Zaria picked her up and gave her a modified F5.

WWE Speed Tournament Match: Axiom vs Sean Legacy

Axiom gave Legacy a Spanish Fly off the top rope and pinned him with three seconds left.

Winner: Axiom

Pre-taped interview:

Ethan Page said he will defeat El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. at Halloween Havoc.

OTM (Bronco Nima & Lucien Price) vs Hank Walker & Tank Ledger

Tank delivered several clotheslines to Nima and Price followed by an atomic drop for a near fall. Price hit a side slam on Hank. Nima nailed Tank with a tilt-a-whirl slam. OTM hit a spinebuster on Tank and Price pinned him to win the match.After the match, OTM powerbombed Tank through the announce table.

Winners: OTM

Backstage:

Kendal Gray argued with Lash Legend

Izzi Dame & Tatum Paxley vs Jacy Jayne & Lainey Reid (w/ Fallon Henley)

Reid kicked Izzi in the face but Izzi immediately clothesline her. Paxley rolled up Jayne for two-count and followed it up with an enziguri. Henley got on the ring apron. Izzi punched Henley sending her into the ring. With the referee distracted, Reid took out Izzi. Jayne hit Paxley with the Rolling Thunder to pin her.

After the match, Reid and Henley threw Izzi face first into the ring steps. Reid and Henley held Paxley as Jayne was setting up to hit her with the title belt. Paxley escaped and fended off all three, and lifted the belt to end the segment.

Winners: Jacy Jayne & Lainey Reid

Ricky Saints and Trick Williams NXT Halloween Havoc contract signing

Trick Williams said that while Saints is the NXT Champion, he is still the man in NXT and will become a three-time champion. He said he doesn’t see Saints as a star and just sees him as a Trick Williams replacement. Saints said Williams is trying to be like him as he is smoother, has more style than him, and is the face of NXT. As they both got up, Williams sucker-punched Saints. Saints got up and dumped him through the contract table in the ring.
