A new report from WrestleVotes has revealed that NXT will be returning to The Theater at Madison Square Garden for a live television taping on Tuesday, November 18. This will be the second time that the developmental brand has held an event at the iconic New York City venue.
On the latest episode of WrestleVotes Radio, an update was provided on WWE’s upcoming schedule for the New York market. “So in an additional Madison Square Garden update, we are told NXT is set to return to the theater at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night, November 18.” The NXT show takes place the night after a live episode of Monday Night Raw from the main arena.
NXT’s first event at The Theater at Madison Square Garden took place earlier this year. The decision to return so soon is a sign of the company’s confidence in the brand’s ability to draw a strong crowd in a major market.
