It looks like one WWE NXT UK star is currently dealing with an injury that will keep him on the sideline.
The Over The Top (OTT) Wrestling promotion has announced that NXT UK star Tyler Bate has been pulled from his scheduled appearance at their upcoming Dead On event this Sunday in Belfast.
“Due to recent injury, Tyler Bate will no long appear at #DeadOn This is unavoidable in wrestling, Apologies”
Both Bate and Trent Seven were initially scheduled to defend the OTT Tag Team Championships against The True Pros. There are currently no details on the nature of Bate’s injury as of this writing. Bate and Seven last teamed up at the WWE Worlds Collide event on January 25, losing to Moustache Mountain.
Tonight’s WWE NXT UK episode will feature Bate taking on Joseph Conners, but that match was pre-taped back in January. We’ll keep you updated as more information on Bate’s condition becomes available.
