Tiffany Stratton last wrestled nearly two months, taking on Wendy Choo in a ‘Light’s Out match” as the bout happened on the August 23 edition of WWE NXT.
In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Stratton has been out of action with a head injury that she suffered during the bout.
Fightful Select also reported that Stratton has been dealing with an injury. It is unclear when she will return.
Stratton is not the only women’s star from the developmental brand to be off television. On Thursday, another wrestler confirmed that she will soon undergo surgery for an injury she’s currently dealing with.
Stratton has been pushed as a regular since she arrived at the brand. Shawn Michaels, who oversees creative for the brand, has named her one of the stars who have improved the most since their WWE debuts.
