WWE NXT wrestlers frustrated as full-time training resumes

When the COVID-19 pandemic started last March, WWE had moved their TV events to the Performance Center. Last August, WWE moved out of the training facility, and later, NXT TV was moved from Full Sail University to the Performance Center. WWE had set up a training facility near the Performance Center.

Fightful Select reports that there are ‘plenty’ of frustrated trainees at the Performance Center.

Per the report, the WWE trainees recently returned to working at the Performance Center five days a week. This comes at a time where there was another outbreak of talent testing positive for COVID-19.

However, it was said that talent is only tested once a week. WWE had been doing virtual classes but has since returned to a normal schedule.

This isn’t the first time that it’s been reported that talent has been upset with the way the company has handled training while in the pandemic. It was noted that some talent was known to be “COVID truthers,” which is basically a group of people not taking the virus seriously.
