This comes after he caused a scene with WWE stars Lacey Evans and Dana Brooke last Monday during the WWE TV tapings.
Montalvo was arrested and shot by police outside of the WWE Performance Center in 2015. After various incidents, WWE filed a restraining order against him in 2018 after he cryptically threatened wrestlers and staff on social media.
As noted, Montalvo is headed back to court soon in order to continue his civil case with WWE’s lawyers. The attorneys are trying to prevent him from stepping foot on their property and harassing talent.
