This week’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw saw its viewership and the key demo drop from last Monday’s episode.
According to Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics, the episode drew an average of 1.790 million viewers on the USA Network, which is down from the 1.821 million viewers last week.
The 18-49 demo saw the average rating be 0.49, which is down from the 0.51 rating last week. There’s no word yet on the hourly demo ratings or viewership.
This was the least viewed episode since the return to touring. That was nearly a month ago on the July 12th episode that did 1.609 million viewers.
This has to be a disappointing number as the Olympics ended on Sunday night, and there was no strong competition against Raw for the night. It should be noted that AEW Dynamite from last week was narrowly ahead of Raw with male viewers aged 35-49 while this same episode of Dynamite also beat SmackDown in that demographic.
The episode featured Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles, Sheamus vs. Ricochet, Damian Priest vs. John Morrison, Nikki ASH vs. Rhea Ripley, Drew McIntyre vs. Baron Corbin, Karrion Kross vs. Jeff Hardy, and Alexa Bliss vs. Dewdrop.
